I ran into the mall to quickly exchange money after a trip to the UK. I walked up to the counter without being greeted. The woman looked miserable and unwilling to help. When I said I needed to exchange some pounds, she said they were in the middle of a shift change and we needed to wait 15 minutes. This was my only task for going to the mall. There were three employees and no customers and no reason I would need to wait for an exchange of approx. $ 100 with an apathetic staff. I will use another exchange service now and in the future.
