Value Parking

Needed to park my car for 12 days while I was in FL. They had a great rate, online reservations, were open 24 hours (I drove all night and arrived at 4am), had the shuttle ready as soon as I was (no wait time), and were only 5 min from EWR airport. They gave me a ticket to call/​text them upon arrival for pickup, and they arrived promptly w/​minimal wait time. Overall great exp.
Have already recommended them and would definitely use them again. Car was fine when I picked it up, although not sure if it was under covered parking or not if that’s something you want. Not that I really care, my ride is a ghetto 2000 Toyota Echo that has withstood me driving it X-​country and letting it accidentally roll into a cement lamppost (whoops). Only complaint is the drive TO the parking lot, which was terror-​ridden thanks to NJ drivers and nightmarish potholes that def threw my alignment… I’m surprised my little tuna can made it there in one piece. Be careful!

Upon check in I had an extremely professional experience; the driver was very pleasant, the customer service counter was friendly and helpful, etc; but when I picked up my car I was a bit disappointed. I noticed an extremely large amount of bird crap (pigeons) on my front windshield. When I asked for a paper towel to wipe it off — yes there was THAT much — the four guys standing around all shrugged their shoulders. Finally one guy said «yeah I noticed that when I brought your car out and tried to use your wipers to get it off.» Then he pointed me to the restroom to get some tissue and he walked off. I had to go back three times to get water and paper towels from the bathroom to get it off my car. I realize that they are not responsible for cleaning my car, but after he used the wipers to smear the crap all over the windshield you’d think he’s be a little more apologetic and more importantly — helpful! When he came back and I asked him about it he said he can’t control that. Again, no apology. Not sure if I will be back there. If you don’t care what your car looks like when you get it back then go ahead and take it here. I’ve never seen that amount of blue and green colored crap anywhere — it must have been parked under a pigeon coop — it seriously looked like a broccoli and pea eating baby had squatted over my car for three days…

The overall experience of parking and getting delivered to the airport was good – they dropped me off at the airport on time, picked me up on time, no issues at all. My flight was delayed and I got back later than expected. No big deal. It was dark when I picked up my car… did a quick walk around, and drove 6 hours to get home.
What I noticed upon returning and viewing my car in better lighting was three BIG noticeable scratches that were not there before. My car is brand new, four months old, and it was spotless when I dropped it off. I know for a fact that this happened in the time my car was out of my possession and with Value Parking. There was a scrape along the side where it looked like someone ran into concrete (I drive an SUV).
Needless to say, lesson learned. I don’t expect them to remedy the situation as they were clear on not taking responsibility for damage to cars, especially after the fact. This is a bit ridiculous though. Three scratches? That’s negligent, especially when THEY are responsible for parking the car – not me! I won’t be parking here again.

Wow this by far exceeded my expectations. My mother travels often for work and told us to book this service for our upcoming long weekend trip. So glad I listened to her. This was so simple an inexpensive. I booked online. Showed up, hopped in the shuttle to the airport then hopped back to return. We didn’t have to wait long and the guys were so friendly. They even started our car and put the seat heaters on for us!

This was my first experience with them. I parked here for 8 days which included the big snowstorm 2 days before was scheduled to pick up my car. They picked my wife and I up at Newark airport within 10 minutes of my call and my car was wiped clean of snow and was warm, running and waiting when the van dropped us off. Friendly service. The price is very reasonable. I highly recommend! I will absolutely use them every time I fly from Newark!

We arrived at Value Parking the afternoon of Jan. 24. The conditions were unusual, I’ll give them that. Newark airport was mostly shuttered due to the storm the day before. But our airline, JetBlue, had instructed us to park, arrive at the ticket counter and then board a shuttle bus to a nearby airport that was allowing planes to take off. Upon arriving at Value Parking, we waited 5 – 10 minutes before an employee informed us that it was «illegal» to drive to the airport or on the roads at all, and that we were mistaken if we thought we had a flight. There were, in fact, numerous cars driving and parking at the airport when we arrived. The driving ban had been lifted more than 10 hours earlier, roads were perfectly fine. The employee quickly became irate when I started to explain our situation. Shouting, he demanded we leave immediately. I asked for a refund. He refused and said that we were out of luck because we paid through third party reservation service. Pressed for time, I left without further argument. We were running so late by that time, that I had to park in airport short-​term parking in order to make the shuttle and we spent $ 99 on three days of parking.

The whole experience was efficient.
When I dropped the car off, they valet parked it and gave me detailed instructions to follow for pickup when I returned on the ticket.
When I returned, I followed the instructions and texted the driver with the ticket number and terminal. He picked us up within 15 minutes and loaded the van with everyone’s luggage then brought us back.
I was expecting to have to dig out my car because of the blizzard that had delayed my flight, but instead the car was pristine, the windows and windshield had been cleaned off and the car was pulled up and ready to load about two spots away from where the van parked. The driver helped us with our luggage.
The price and service were excellent especially considering the fact there was an unpredictable delay due to the weather and they had our car ready to drive when we were brought back to it.
I will definitely use this service the next time I fly out of Newark airport.

Picked up my car and was not thinking I had to throughly inspect the car before I left. When I get on the highway literally 5 minutes later I realized my fog lights were not working and upon further investigating, one of the lenses were cracked.
When I called to report the issue I was advised that because I did not identify the problem prior to leaving the premises, I was unable to report the issue or submit a claim. Tried to let the person on the phone know I had an infant that was on a plane 8 hrs so a full inspection of the car was impossible. No reasoning or assistance. Piece of advice if you have to use them, inspect your car throughly before you drive off.

I didn’t think I’d say this about an airport parking lot, but what a gem! Everyone I came across at Value Parking was so friendly. A guy named Joshua gave me a ride from EWR back to their lot and was incredibly sweet — and a wonderful welcome back to the States after a long trip overseas. With a coupon from their website, this place was also significantly cheaper than any other option I could find. I’ll definitely use them again.

Cannot say enough great things about this place. Absolutely zero complaints. I travel OFTEN and ALWAYS go to these guys when I fly out of Newark. You can’t beat the pricing and you definitely get far more than you pay for. The employees are always super courteous and professional. Far better service than the parking at the airport and nearby competitors. If it sounds like I’m raving, I am!

Value Parking is everything you could ask for in an airport parking service. I used them last November when I went on my yearly trip to Japan. I usually fly out of JFK and not Newark, so this was a my first time using a parking service there, and I was a little bit nervous. I chose this place based on the positive Unilocal reviews, and I am glad I did.
I reserved online and they were ready for us when we arrived at around 5:00 AM as scheduled. The place is gated and they ask you if you have a reservation and then let us in. We were promptly escorted to the shuttle immediately which was already to go and then off to the airport. When we returned, they came and picked us up within five minutes of contacting them. When we arrived and ran in the office and quickly paid and our car was already warmed up and waiting for us and we were on our way back to Philly. Speedy service like that means a lot when you’re getting off a plane after being trapped for 14 hours and exhausted and just want to get home.
I was very pleased with the price, the service, and the convenience of it all. I plan on using them again this October when I return to Japan since I am flying out of Newark again.

This was my first time leaving my car in a lot while on vacation and I am extremely satisfied with this company. Within minutes of our arrival to the lot, our bags had been loaded on a shuttle and we were on our way to the airport. When we returned from our vacation, we called the number provided on our claim ticket and the gentleman said the shuttle would arrive in 7 – 8 minutes but the driver actually arrived in about 3 – 4 minutes. When we arrived at the lot, the car was ready to go and the bags were loaded into the car as we settled our account.
I will definitely be using this lot again when we go on vacation next year. Highly recommend this company — great/​friendly customer service, fast and efficient service, and extremely affordable (we paid around $ 65 for a total of 8 days).

We had a group of 8 people in two cars. There was no problems with either the dropoff and courtesy ride to the airport or the return ride from the airport to pick up our vehicles. The courtesy van was prompt and transported our whole group and luggage to and from our terminal as expected. We had parked there for 9 days and the price was exceptional. We would definitely use this facility again.

Absolutely LOVED Value Parking ! Jim runs a very efficient operation. Very easy, hassle-​free access to the airport. And when it’s time to be picked up, you just text or call and the shuttle is right there for you.
I will never use that Newark Airport long term parking again. Not only is it like double the price, but it takes forever.

I have nothing but good thing to say about Value Parking! If you are looking for parking near EWR, you must come to Value Parking.
1. The online booking is easy, the quote they gave you is very clear and accurate.
2. The check– in process is very easy and fast, it took us less than 3 minutes upon our arrival till we got on the shuttle.
3. Fast pick up, they gave you a small card with your pick up # and the instruction of pick up location, while you picked up your luggage, you can either text or call them, and the shuttle will come to pick you up at the locations. While we arrived the value parking, our car is waiting for us and they even have helped us to warm up our car. It’s so nice while you sit in the car and the interior is already warm.
Check out process is super fast.

Superb service… from beginning to end. As we were checking in with them, the driver was taking care of our luggage… The check in process was a breeze, took less then five minutes, only because there were other customers. They give you a card with instructions when you come back, this is to locate your vehicle and have it ready once you are picked up. We retrieved our luggage, called them, they told us to be a certain pick up location (told us they would be there in about 8 minutes but took less time)…the driver took care of our luggage… once we were picked up and taken back to the garage lot… our car was waiting for us!!! The driver again transferred our luggage to our vehicle and check out process took less then 2 minutes. Will definitely use them again… will now only use them… Thank you Value Valet Parking! Oh yeah, great prices too!

Returning picked up luggage and called. Said they would be there in five minutes but it was 4 ½ minutes. To the lot where the car was running, warm and trunk open for luggage. Faster then fast!!!
