Hair salons the place where all my nightmares come true… ok myb not always but on February 13 2015, this definitely proved to be the case! I went in trusting that the hairdresser would know just what to do, even though she didn’t speak English very well. I asked for the … ready… OMBRE, yes I finally decided to go for a change and was very excited, overly excited to be extremely disappointed. After explaining what I wanted and showing her a couple pictures, she went in to cause MAJOR damage. They tyed my hair in a ponytail and bleached /​BURNT almost all of my hair. ;/​I actually saw the smoke as my hair burned. After bleaching it she had the nerve to ask if thats what I wanted?!! Completely shocked, disappointed and broken I asked her to fix it, she suggested that she cld make it darker or add highlights. I said theres no way this cld be it, it doesnt even blend together!!! Obviously taken aback by her own disaster she stuttered as she stated she only looked at the bottom of the picture I showed her!!! I could not believe this lady! It was a nightmare! All down hill from there. I spent another hour to end up with a milder version of disaster! i couldnt believe she had the nerve to charge me $ 125 after ruining my hair, when I objected to her nerve to charge me after ruining my hair she still tried to blame me, stating I asked for this monstrosity!!! Smh! There’s nothing more despicable then when someone doesn’t take responsibility for their mistake! I’m taking mine, my mistake was stepping into this place! Never again! I say if you want to chance it, go ahead, but I’d check out my pics before you waste your money!
