Terrible, terrible, terrible! Unable to get hold of them, cancelled at the last minute, lots of excuses. VERY POOR business sense. I try to give every business I have dealings with the benefit of the doubt, however, when a business inconveniences me to the point that I write a review, they need to not only rethink their model, but, the way that they run a business. They were nonchalant about not getting back to me in a timely manner, blamed their «phone system», then, scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out and cancelled 1 hour prior to them coming. I asked for a Sunday appointment and was told he had other plans. Horrible, horrible, horrible. I told them upfront Saturdays are the only day that this could be done and that I held this Saturday open for them. The next Saturday I had open was for 4 weeks and they didn’t care less. They wrecked my only day off and were unprofessional. I cannot imagine inconveniencing a customer to that extent.

Jeremy and the guys were great! They arrived at my home on time, spent three hours meticulously cleaning my van, and charged a very reasonable price. Very highly recommend if you’re looking for fast, friendly, convenient, and quality service. They got my van ready to sell in no time.
