I’ve been creating and baking specialty cakes for over 24 years, the recipes are tried n’ true, and I’m delighted to bake a family recipe for you. I use quality ingredients from local resources, or I grow it myself. From wedding cakes, cupcakes, cake truffles, dipped oreo, to special occasion cakes. A self-taught sugar artist, I work out a state licensed domestic kitchen in my home and often meet with clients for «cakesultations» here. For wedding clients, season flavor tasting are offered, discuss needed servings, flavor pairings, and tablescape ideas. All cakes are made to order, so at least a weeks lead time is prefered. If I can accommodate last minute orders, I will, so give me a call. Delivery, setup, and cut/serve service available.
History
Established in 2003.
From working as a cake decorator for retail bakeries in the late 80’s and contracting out to bridal shops, to owning Custom Cakes has been the journey this far. I’ve taken decorating classes over the years and learned from other top decorators. I continue to educate myself in the sugar arts of baking/decorating often and know that there is always something new to learn. I especially enjoy the challenge of shaped 3-D cakes. A member of ICES (International Cake Exploration Society) WOW (Women of the Willamette) & Wine Country Wedding Professionals. A prefered cakery for many local venues.

I own my business, it does not own me, that’s why I run it from home around my life. Let’s share a cup of coffee over cake and discuss your special occasion cake/desserts.
