History

Established in 1996.

–As of early 2012 after Newberg Gallery closed, I transitioned into MY Personal Framer. I scaled down and now serve my clients with a more personal approach to the design and frame process.

–I am now able to come to your home, office or meet at the studio to design your masterpieces. The design is finalized at the studio and once completed I personally deliver and hang it. I desire to serve my clients better.

–I specialize in framing options that many frame shops and galleries don’t use. Fabrics, customized frame finishes, and hand-​applied mat decorations. Another of my specialties is memory boxes (a collection of themed items) that are historical, sentimental or sports.

–I frame art from the simple to the sublime.

Business Owner

I have been custom framing art since 1983 starting with Western Picture Frame of Portland OR. I have also worked in Ramsey NJ where I managed the Frame It Yourself shop. When I returned to Oregon I worked for Gallery International, Obiedi’s Sinclair Gallery and Deck the Walls, as framing manager (Eugene and Washington Square in Tigard). I returned to Gallery International until I started my own business in 1996.

–I was awarded the Business Person of the Year in 2005 by the Chehalem Valley Chamber of Commerce.

–I serves on the board of the of Newberg Downtown Association and

has been a member of the Chehalem Valley Chamber since 1996.

–MY Personal Framer is member of the Cascades Chapter of the Professional Picture Framers Association and I serve on the board.

–I serve on the board of the Arts Alliance of Yamhill County.

–I have been a Certified Picture Framer since 1986.
