This location is in Newburgh. It’s a big store for ATT. The store annoys me!!! They are happy to assist you when you are buying a new phone or adjusting your plan. As soon as you have a issue with your phone or you get charged A incorrect amount. All they say is that can’t help you. I have to use ATT because upstate there the only service I get at my house. In the city I go with any service but if I come upstate I get really bad to no service. I was sooo fricken frustrated with there customer service. Every time the manager tells me there is nothing they can do. I will have to call ATT. I’m like I’m at ATT. I’m physically at your location and you want me to call your corp office. I had threatened to switch more than once but I have been a customer since I was 15. I end up having to call corporate and the issue gets resolved. Giving this locations three stars is extremely nice of me. I will continue to come here just because it’s the only service I get upstate.

Slowest service at an AT&T EVER!!! I went in to an LG ultra Bluetooth headset and it took 30mins. There was only one other customer and at 3 employees. I’ve bought this item twice before from other AT&T and no problem. First they claimed an item could not be discounted which then said it FINALLY could but in a color did not like. Once again I had bought the item twice before. Just a mess. After waiting 30mins I frankly told«no thank I’ll will go to another AT&T store».

I have never felt more conned and deceived by a professional business in my life. Let me walk you through my experience… We arrived at 4:30 in the morning to camp out for the iPhone 6. At 8am they opened the doors and let in 6 customers, we were #3&4. Cesar greeted us at the door and assured us that he was here to answer any questions that we had throughout this«lengthy process». We explained that we needed 2 phones, one would be under an AT&T Next plan, and the other line was eligible for an upgrade. Immediately he started trying to talk us out of our grandfather unlimited plan. He went on and on about how we were wasting money with our unlimited plan and we would be much better sharing 10gb of data. I insisted that we were not interested and he proceeded to shake his head. My boyfriend was trading in his iPhone 5S since they were offering up to a $ 300 credit towards the new phone. We had to keep asking Cesar over and over about what he was making us sign and what he was filling in on his iPad and he had NO answers. When he asked us to sign, his explanation was«its the same as the other thing, its all the same.» Umm, what? Then he told us to choose cases and screen protectors for our phones, insisting that it was all part of a «bundle» since we were trading a phone. I must have asked him 10 times if the cases were really free and he assured us YES. After saying nothing for over 5 minutes, I finally asked him what the phone was valued at and he told us $ 200. This shocked the hell out of me considering I had received a previous estimate of $ 270 from them. Then he tells us our grand total was $ 155. This made absolutely no sense. I asked him to take out the cases because obviously they weren’t free and all of a sudden our total became $ 117. I looked at my boyfriend and insisted something wasn’t right, and miraculously he tells us our total went down to $ 85. After leaving from such a sour experience, I check the receipt to see that the phone we traded in was actually worth $ 300, and for whatever reason on earth Cesar failed to mention that extra hundred dollars. This at&t branch seems so set on leaving you out of whatever they are doing to your contract and plan, as long as it means they’re making extra money off of your ignorance. Liars and deceivers, I will never step foot here again.

Avoid the associate named Markos! I went in to buy a new phone and change my contract. He led me to believe that there was some deal going on where I got a phone, Bluetooth speaker, car charger, bumper case, screen protector for only the price of tax on the phone. When he run it up it came to $ 203. When I started asking about the charges he quickly changed the subject and distracted me with some pitch about how great of a deal it was. When I got the bill I realized that the phone is going to cost $ 27 per month for the next 24 months! He never mentioned that at all. I looked back at the receipt and realized that I paid $ 100 for a Bluetooth speaker that I really didn’t want. I only got it because he told me it was included. The only thing that was included with the phone was a screen protector. He straight up lied to me!

As a new customer, with AT&T, I went to this store and was pleasantly surprised. The staff, Miriam and Joe, were excellent! They were very professional and«bent over backwards» to help me. I was very impressed with the quality of service they provided! I highly recommend them!

I was very dissatisfied with the service at this store. The associate(who acted like she was the boss) was not knowledgable about the services available. I had purchased from another location and they set me up with what I needed, but when I when I went here they said it was not possible. I went back to the other store and they said I was right and the took care of me. The«veteran employee» at this newburgh branch needs some retraining and a better attitude.
