Dunkin’ Donuts

Since my last review, the management seems to have changed and things have turned around for the better.
I often come here during the mid-​morning mad rush and I’ve seen the line backed up all the way around the building. If the regular employees are there, the line moves incredibly fast. When the manager is off and the regular employees aren’t there, the line can get painfully slow. During the daytime, employees are outside working (emptying garbage, landscaping, etc.), the line flows smooth, and the orders are correct. The wait times are minimal. The food and beverages are always hot and fresh, and everything I order is always in stock.
During the evening into late night, the newer employees seem to slack off a bit (depending on who is working). Usually the orders are correct, other times even a basic order is messed up. The wait times can be a little longer at the drive-​thru. I don’t know if this is because their boss isn’t there or because they have less staffing (due to fewer customers). However, the wait times are still acceptable — just not as fast as the daytime. Many times, the garbage cans are overflowing at night and your trash ends up falling onto the parking lot.
Overall, whatever change they had in management, they’ve done a great job cleaning the place up. The staff are friendly, the orders are usually accurate, the food/​drinks are stocked, and the wait times are minimal.
Like at every other drive-​thru, you always get one joker doing their week’s worth of grocery shopping, and they order everything one at a time. If you need to order that many groceries at Dunkin Donuts, go inside and do it, don’t tie up the drive-​thru. There should be a limit of 1 customer and 5 items per purchase at the drive-​thru.

The only place where I know for sure my order will get messed up. Workers are all friendly, but that’s about it unfortunately. Beverages so far have been all good, so if you are a coffee drinker, Enjoy!!!
Within the week alone, I have ordered different items and all have been wrong. Using the drive thru a sesame bagel with butter was ordered, first attempt was a cinnamon raisin with cream cheese, second attempt was a sesame with cream cheese, my coworker enjoyed it .
Today, I went inside, ordered a sesame bagel with egg n cheese (the cashier had to physically move for me to see if they had sesame) and yet it was entered on a croissant. When I am waiting at the end for my food, they say «EC on a croissant» and I ask the person behind me if that was there’s, they said nope, and low and behold it was my order (after verifying on my receipt.)
Unfortunately this is the only DD in the radius for me to pass heading to work, so order and inspect!
