Used this attorney twice, on one occasion I withdrew my case but on the second occasion I went through with my case and found the attorney to be very knowledgeable. However, I found him to be impatient with my questions yet I tolerated it because he came highly recommended by family. I figured maybe I was asking stupid questions and he simply became annoyed.
Had me fill out all kinds of papers for court which I half understood but he never personally looked over the forms only to find out prior to court they were incomplete. Communicated poorly with me by not confirming court date and I ended up a no show at court damaging my case.
I felt somewhat intimidated and incompetent however that’s why I hired an attorney because I needed guidance on the situation.
