Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Theyre ok. They take their time and do the job right. They have a military discount that they wont give you unless you bring it up that they have it; and yes I’m standing there in uniform about to be charged full price, ‘merica.

I’ve been to this Valvoline a few times and have always had a positive experience! They are friendly, competent and quick. I’ve gone for oil changes a few times and today for an inspection. The tech, Jennine is great! She is always helpful, friendly and seems very trustworthy. She doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t need. She also explains thing to you in a way that makes sense. I will continue to get my car serviced there.

I’ve been coming here for the past decade and have never experienced an issue. I was reminded today of why like doing business here. I stopped in for ac service and it was quickly identified that I had a leak in my ac line. The tech working on my car showed me the issue and an audible leak of air pressure could be heard. I was expecting to be charged for even having been hooked up but the front desk person did not charge me at all, and recommended a good shop across the street from their location. Great team, professional, and reasonably priced. One thing to remember about this place is first come first serve, so if you come in at 12pm on Saturday your probably going to wait a while, so don’t whine.

I go here every 3 months for my synthetic oil change since I have a supercharger.
The staff is always friendly and whoever approaches my car when I pull up is always smiling and tells me they’ll take care of me right away which makes a customer feel appreciated.
Only reason I gave 4 of 5 stars is because they’re always trying to upsell me something. I’ll be in a rush and then witness through the window a worker popping panels to reach my cabin filter. At least put it back correctly bro smh. But good overall.

Horrible experience just can’t understand how the staff is taught to up sell products and services. They seem to get you in a position were if you want your car back do and pay what ever they want. Stick with a local repair shop build a relationship with them you will be better off.

Since I got my drivers license at 16 I’ve brought my cars here for oil changes (though originally the shop, I believe was a jiffy lube or some such oil change shop). They’re usually efficient, professional and do good work.
But sitting here today nearly two hours, watching one person after another who drove in after me have their oil change and leave before me, waiting for them first to bring the car in now to finish my oil change — on a Saturday afternoon — is too ridiculous and not acceptable.
They make excuses claiming folks came in after me. Untrue. Go ahead, check your cameras. These people walked in and checked in at the counter after me.
They are now draining and refilling the oil a third time because they flooded it with way too much. The first time oil was an inch and a half above the fill mark on the dipstick. The second time just under an inch above the fill line. The guy in the bay handling my car doesn’t know how to do his job.
Seeing him ineptly drive cars into the bay I knew he is a hack and should not be handling cars.
I appreciate colleagues covering for each other. But lying to a customer, making excuses & doing shitty work doing a simple oil change is not acceptable.
After over two decades of oil change service here I won’t return again.
Though they gave me a card for a free oil change. So I might consider. Still, by time we finished it was nearly 3 hours! Ouch!

Decent, friendly service and not too much pressure to add services and items. $ 37.83 is not $ 19.99, and tire rotation would be nice, but it’s a competent service at a bearable price. Quite good compared to some of the local competition, which really push to add other services.

Love this place! I normally support my local mechanic but often he is too busy so I rely on this location for a quick oil change. They give me my oil change and I’m back on the road minding my business, no pressure on up sells.
They even do vehicle inspections here but that can get very busy in the summer so arrive early.
