Purchased a picture window and two kitchen windows from Window World. Also had all of my windows ‘wrapped’. Everything looks gorgeous! The entire process was seamless and the salesman, the installers and the office manager were all so polite and professional! I will definitely use them again in the future.

Window World was great! We got a bay window installed in our living room and it came in on time and the entire staff was great, office personnel, salesman, measurer and installers. Everyone was completely professional and friendly. Our window looks incredible and we just love it! I can literally open my window with one finger now! Thanks Window World for excellent product and professional staff!

Good Windows for a good value. Customer service seems like it is understaffed. Called the company and asked where my windows were 5 weeks after purchase, customer service rep said they were not in and would contact me as soon as they were in. Called back two weeks later to find out my windows have been in for a week but they have been too far behind to call and schedule a install date. The install crew was very fast and professional. Had all 9 Windows finished within 4 hours. Overall good product for customers that have patience.

The window world management team were very unprofessional. We had issue about installation. They rescheduled the installation and than show up late. When we called the office, they refuse to reschedule to the original date. Will never do business with them again.

Do not be deceived by this company. We contracted with this company to replace our bay window and 9 basement windows. We were told the windows would take about 5 weeks to come in, but in reality it took about 3 months. We were given numerous excuses from the company for the delay. When the windows arrived, their installer stated the bay window was 4 inches too wide. The installation crew did a great job of making the bay window fit. When it came time to install the basement windows, their installer stated the windows were too small. We would not accept these windows. The manager called us and apologized and stated they would correct the situation. A couple days later I called to find out the status of the new windows. The manager told me that these were the right windows and if I did not accept them, he would put a lien on my home. I called the national franchise, but they were of no help. The contract does not say the size of the windows, so as long as 9 windows came in, those are the ones we are supposed to take. I am amazed that this company survives with such poor customer service. The salesman had no recollection of our conversations once the job went wrong. My advice to anyone reading this, is deal with a local company who cares about the community they are located in and who cares about their reputation.

By far the worst customer service of any company I’ve ever had to deal with. My window order arrived 6 weeks after the date promised by the sales rep. After the delay I had to call to ask when they would arrive. Their customer service rep not so much as apologized about the delay but instead made it sound like I was absurd for even complaining about it. Once the windows arrived, the installation was scheduled. On the day of the installation, the same customer service rep called ONEHOUR after the allotted installation window to cancel the installation due to weather. At 9am when the installers were supposed to arrive, the weather wasn’t even bad. Meanwhile, my contractor had already cut a 8′ wide by 6′ tall opening in the back of my house to prep for slider door installation. Again the customer service rep doesn’t seem the least bit concerned or sympathetic to this major inconvenience during below freezing temperatures. We rescheduled the installation to today, 4 days after the original install date. Again with a 9am to 11am installation. The customer service rep called me at 10am to cancel the install because the installer’s truck broke down. I wasn’t able to pick up my phone so she left a message and said that she’d call back again on Monday to reschedule. Monday? Meanwhile my contractor is out at my house all morning waiting for them to arrive. I call the customer service rep back several times and she does not pick up the phone. I will never ever do business with Window World again after this experience. There are plenty other companies to choose from, with far better customer service than what Window World provides.
