Been going to see Dr Bob for well over a decade. He is a true professional and always gets me straightened out so I can go on in my day to day life.
I have referred many people to him, none have been disappointed.
As long as my hips keep getting out of line, I will continue to be a patient of Richmond Chiropractic

I went in to see Dr Richmond after being hit by a car. After 6 to 7 appts I was advised by my lawyers to visit physical therapy as an alternative. After months of excruciating physical therapy, my case was coming to a close. On Dec 4^th 2015, my lawyer sent a request for my bill for the sessions spent with Dr Richmond, today is January 7^th and I’m standing in his office, begging him to give me my bill so the demand letter to the defendants lawyer can stop garnering dust and FINALLY be sent out. Rather than apologize for this weird, unexpected behavior, Dr Richmond chose to see patients as they arrive, rather than expedite what has already been, one of worst experiences I’ve EVER had with anyone, in ANY medical field. The withholding of my bills for 6 weeks is one thing, but he and his staff repeatedly lied to my attorneys and I, with empty promises and farfetched excuses. There is so many chiropractors in Ventura County, I strongly, STRONGLY urge you to choose another one. This particular chiropractor was rude, incensitive, did zero to help my pain, and so help me, took joy in messing with my finances. So much so, that I’ve had the time to write this ENTIRE review from the dingy chairs in his outdated waiting room. It’s a sad thing that Dr Richmond can’t be held accountable for his actions, just as the driver who hit me while I was walking, because his vindictive nature should be illegal. No business is too busy to send a fax for SIX WEEKS. You decide. Want this guy as a chiropractor?

Dr. Richmond has done a great job these past few years for myself and my teenage daughter, who was having some trouble due to dance class moves and more. I am writing this because I was online looking for his website to call and make a first time appointment for my husband. I highly recommend him to my friends. Friendly staff.

Super nice doctor. $ 30 on Tuesdays; if he actually spend more time on my back that’ll be five stars. He was relatively quick. Overall pleasant experience. Will come back.
