He serves as leader and coach in developing and implementing the agency’s online success strategies. He guides the TITN creative and technical team, and client support services. Throughout his career, Roberto has won major deals with world class clients, including Mitel, KKR (Kohlberg, Kravis & Roberts), Zurich American Insurance, EMI Records, Silvercup Studios and the Food Network.
