Dan Swift, Broker/​Owner of Exit Realty Group has been in the real estate business for over 20 years and earned his Broker’s license 36 years ago. Specializing in residential sales and commercial leasing and sales, Dan has the expertise necessary, not only to assist his clients, but also to assist the agents within his office. He is passionate about helping his agents develop their skills and master every aspect of the real estate business ensuring all of his firm’s clients receive the level of service he would provide himself. Dan is committed to providing his agents with efficient systems, leadership, training, and fostering a high-​energy motivational atmosphere.
