Did I have to give even one star? I am a realtor and called them on a Sat. to look at a broken window in a house I just sold and offered to pay for the replacement. They came right away and measured and I NEVER heard from them again. I called three times and none of my calls were returned. I can’t imagine a co, with large yellow page ads working locally not returning a call and dropping the customer, especially when I may be a repeat customer or referral source. I will never call them again or receommend them.

CONSUMERS BEWARE: I requested a quote for a garage door opener from Merrimack Glass and Mirror. It’s an odd setup, so Dean came to take a look at it. Dean was calm at first, but the instant I questioned his approach to what he wanted to do, it was like a switch flipped on him. He became defensive, started yelling at me, and dropped my garage door in frustration. The setup he wanted to install would have worked in the short-​term, but would have dramatically shortened the life of my existing garage door and track system. I expect a little bit of stick from contractors as a young homeowner, but not like I received from Dean. I would never use a contractor who treats prospective customers like I was treated. Would give zero stars if I could.
