History
Established in 2014.
Our business evolved from own specific needs. We both have aging loved ones who would much rather stay at home and have their living space adapted than move to a different location. We realized that there are a lot of people who feel the same way and need help making their homes more age friendly.
It’s with great care and compassion that we provide our construction and remodeling services to others in New Hampshire and Massachusetts who need them since we, ourselves, have gone through this process with our own parents. We understand the emotional and physical concerns of aging and we are here to help. We bring a combined 30+ years of contracting, engineering, construction, vendor management, home design and customer service experience to every job we do
Meet the Manager
Robert Kaplan A.
Manager
Robert started out as a teacher, then transferred his keen eye for design and his natural affinity for customer service and project management to business — in industries as diverse as printing and plumbing.
During his career Robert has owned and operated a Merrimack Valley printing company, Priority Press, servicing high-profile clients such as Gillette and the Museum of Science for over 20 years.
He has also spent years as a private contractor, coordinating business development, customer service and vendor management for Wynne Plumbing in New York City. His detailed knowledge of building codes and regulations has allowed him to coordinate large-scale plumbing projects for the City of New York as well as for private institutions.
Robert graduated from Oswego, New York State College, and has a BS in Industrial Education.
