Established in 2009.

The Inn, built in the late 1800s, is now a year round all suite inn for the vacationer, business traveler, or anyone who needs a home away from home. The Inn is located on the south bank of the Merrimack River at the mouth of the Atlantic Ocean. The brick sidewalks and cobblestone streets are all within walking distance to Newburyport’s waterfront, fine restaurants, art galleries, marinas and shopping. Beautiful Plum Island and the world renown Joppa Flats are only a few miles away.

Very comfortable, perfect location, walkable to everything downtown, very friendly management and owners. There is nothing overtly fancy about this inn and your stay is very much independent and private but for the price, location, and compared to other inns nearby this is a great deal. Definitely recommend for the low maintenance traveler.

Adorable apartment style hotel. Close to everything. Very reasonably priced and very clean.

Very nice little apartment. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, waterfront. Management is not on-​site but responded quickly to the couple of small concerns I had during my visit. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
