Bruno Ferazza Tree Service

Had David and his crew come out to take three oak trees down that were too close to our house. The crew was very courteous and efficient. All the oak was stacked, a large pile of chips put in great location and the yard cleaned up perfectly. I highly recommend Bruno Ferazza Tree Service!

Extremely impressed by David Ferazza and his helpers. Removed one large tree and its stump was ground. Also, shaped and trimmed a Japanese Maple and Crape Myrtle. Everything looks wonderful. They cleaned up all debris. David and his helpers were a pleasure to work with.

Great work with raising the canopy of my Ponderosa pine in my backyard. The tree had allot of branches growing above my neighbors property and disturbing there trees. The guy’s doing the work were polite and willing to follow my lead for what I wanted accomplished. They then took it from there with there experience and did a beautiful job with my Ponderosa pine I also made allot of friends with my neighbors by there doing a great job. :)

I have used them twice now and would use them again! They are professional, very reasonably priced, arrived on time and completed both jobs quickly!

I received a very inflated estimate from another Arborist, so I took a chance and bought an Angies list deal, (200 for 400 $ worth of services) and had David Ferraza from Bruno Ferraza tree service come out. David was thorough, courteous and said that although he was booked up 2 months in advance, he would try to squeeze me in in the next few weeks. He called me and said he could fit me in the following week. I was quite pleased to get it done before all the oak leaves were going to land in my yard!
Two days before the work was scheduled, he called me to say he was having problems with his wood chipper and needed to take it in for service. I was disappointed and a little skeptical, but what can you do? Either it was a lie or it was the truth. Regardless, my job wasn’t going to be done on the date we had scheduled, so I resigned myself to having purchased another bad deal on Angie’s Big Deal. (I have had several of these deals be unsatisfactory.)
He (David Ferraza) called me the very next day and said that he was going to try to rent a chipper and still do my service on the day we had originally scheduled the service. I knew doing that would cost him additional money, and I was so impressed that he went above and beyond like that. I still wasn’t sure that it would happen, and neither was he. i didn’t hear back from him again on Sunday, so when Monday morning came, i assumed my job wasn’t getting done.
He called me early Monday morning, as I was leaving for work, told me he had good news, that he got his chipper repaired more quickly than he expected, and wouldn’t need a rental, so could I please leave the gate open so he could do the work? Luckily he did catch me before I left.
I came home and what a difference! David was thorough, left no mess and now there is lots more light in my backyard. I did lose some privacy, but the extra light should allow other trees and plants in my yard to grow. I was sad to lose one of my trees (a big palm that was just too close to the house), but it had to be done.
I would hire him back in a heartbeat and can’t remember anyone who communicated as well and went above and beyond the call of duty. So many other tradespeople give you all kinds of stories for why they can’t complete the work they promised in a timely manner, but David was telling the truth, and then did everything possible to make sure he did right by me and still completed the job on the original agreed-​to date.
I wish I could have paid by credit card-​he only accepts checks. At least that’s what he told me.

Redwood trees are beautiful and wonderful things; I love them … just not in my back yard too close to buildings, rapidly becoming huge, and posing a threat if they should topple in a storm.
I saw a $ 200 half price deal from this company for tree work and called to see what that would afford me in the way of tree removal. This got the 2 largest redwoods cut down, all the branches and brush removed and notches cut into the stumps so I could add the necessary chemicals so they would die and not grow back. I would have liked to have the stumps ground out but that would have cost more that I didn’t feel I could afford at this time.
The 3 man crew showed up when they were scheduled. They were pleasant and polite and they got the job done. I wouldn’t hesitate to call this company again.

These guys were great! Their price was a lot lower than most and nearly half of the highest bid (and the highest bidder didn’t even have worker’s comp). They showed up on time, worked carefully and efficiently (I was worried because the tree was in a tight fit between two houses), were friendly, polite and considerate the whole time. Elliot even saved a bird’s nest full of fledgelings (without asking) by removing it from the tree that was being cut, then climbing to the top of a nearby tree and carefully placing it on a high limb so the cats wouldn’t get it! Two of the fledgelings got away and they helped catch them and put them back in the nest.
They love their work — they sing country songs when they are way high up in the trees!
