Christina is the best! So nice and so talented! My friend and I came to her for acrylic fills and polish. I have never been so happy leaving a nail salon. Great staff. Great ownership. 5 stars! keep up the good work ladies!

Went for the first time today and Kristina did a great job on my acrylic fills! She asked right qs so she knows what I want, and made sure colors don’t chip by applying it 3 times (white French). I would totally go back here again n maybe this salon will be my goto salon. Most newcastle/​factoria salons, we can’t tip on the credit card receipts but this place you can! ;)

The Salon is very clean and everyone is very professional. Pedicure was ok, maybe the technician was new/​inexperienced.

I am soooo happy I found this place, finally, seriously, finally, a good nail salon. I’ve only seen Kim so far, but really, that’s the only girl I’d want to see. I’ve had three appointments now, and each time she has done a beautiful job and created the most interesting and intricate designs on my ring fingers. She got the idea from the first time when I asked for it, and has been offering ever since. I love that kind of customer service. Picking up on what I like, and having the wherewithal to mention it. Not only that, but she simply books my next appointment for me when I come in since I’m a creature of habit and like going to the same place, at the same time, every other week. No more calling in! So yeah, I will be here, every two weeks, from now until I move again. Big kudos to Kim for being ah-​mazing!!! Go here, not Isabella. Isabella was verrrrrryyyyy rude…

I’ve been disappointed the last few times I’ve been in here. The last two times I got my pedi done here it chipped within a few days. The most recent time I went in, literally half the paint on one of my nails chipped off within two days of getting my pedi done. I’m not sure if it’s the nail polish that sucks, but I was very disappointed especially since I was away on vacation with a chipped pedi. I used their China Glaze brand both times because they have the bright neon colors that I love. Everything else about my experience was great and normal since this is my go to nail salon. However, I did notice that their prices went up. I was charged $ 25 dollars for a regular spa pedi. Normally it’s $ 20 and if I’m going to be paying a higher price for chipped nail polished I rather go somewhere else for cheaper and a longer lasting pedi.

My nails always look great and last forever. It’s always clean and I can get in at convenient times for me. Prices are super competitive and the service for price is even better. What I love is that if the nail doesn’t fit their standards they will redo it, they are perfectionists.

I’m new to the area and was recommended to see Kim. I had gel shellac mani done and she was awesome! Friendly and courteous. My nails look amazing. Its been three weeks and theyre still holding strong!

They don’t do walk ins very well. Which is always disappointing. I know appointments are important too. But there are 2 other nail salons in a one block radius. The butcher shop next door is awesome however.

Why do these salons constantly knock on the door when you are using their bathroom facilities? This happened to me here as well as other salons in the past. I find it very tacky and EXTREMELY RUDE. If it’s still locked after I have responded, then it’s obvious it’s still occupied. They lost a star just for that. Nice salon very clean and new looking. Bad location though. It’s in an odd shaped strip mall with stairs, and a long ramp. And no parking near the door. It’s literally on a little ramp/​hill.
The service however was SPECTACULAR! And as u can tell from my reviews I’m a harsh Unilocaler! Besides the obnoxious knocking, they would’ve earned 5 stars. The customer service, she was quiet but not rude at all. Not all in my business, gossiping with her coworkers, or anything like that. She was attentive to my every request with NO attitude. Katy was her name I believe. I WILL return! I even got a punch card. I can say I’m truly happy and my money was well spent! :)

I originally went in to thin out my hair since I have very thick hair and lots of it. Nancy did a great job and did exactly what I wanted for very cheap. I liked her a lot bc she was quick and to the point, and did exactly what I wanted.
I don’t cut my hair often bc I grow it long but when I do cut/​trim/​thin it out I come back to Nancy. You can’t beat her quality & skill for the price! Especially if you just need a simple cut or thinning out. Love her!
The place itself is clean. I’ve always had a good experience.

i saw a lot of good reviews and i thought to try out the service. The staffs are not friendly at all. i came in for a Pedi, and i picked 2 colors as hoping for some recommendation to final pick my color, but she doesnt even speak a word. At the end of the pedi, all she said «thank you» and left without saying what next. I like my pedi but the enviroment doesnt feel personable.

I’ve been here a couple times and have been very pleased! To start, the salon is clean and nicely decorated which definitely sets the mood to get pampered. They have quality and comfortable stations for all of your beauty needs. I usually get a shellac manicure and regular pedicure and I’ve had different technicians work on me but all of them do an excellent job so you can count on a nice job each time. I have no bad things to say. On top of that, prices are affordable! Other services I’m aware of that they offer are hair cuts/​style and waxing. I highly recommend this place.

I called in for an appointment yesterday and asked for a full set (French) as well as their Classic Spa Pedicure, the receptionist was very nice and told me to come in at their preferred time.
My appointment was at 11 but I still had to wait about 15 minutes. Pedicure first, I had a very sweet lady, but a few minutes into the pedicure she kept getting distracted, at one point she was scrubbing away my calluses on my big toe and began talking to her coworker. I think she forgot she was scrubbing because she made my toe bleed. she apologized and put oil on it but not only that, while she was cleaning my little toe, she accidentally pierced the tool into my skin and made that toe bleed a little as well, more apologizing and more oil. I thought pedicures were suppose to be relaxing? My feet were red and my 2 toes were sore by the time she was finished. The polish was great but it was the cleaning and the scrubbing that bothered me.
Now the Full Set part, the lady who did my full set was also very nice and her station was very clean which was good. She had no problem with the application and the filing of the nails, but when I looked at the final result, I’ve had better. Some nails are longer than others and are different shapes. A few are more square and a few are more round. It may not bother other people, but I’m a perfectionist and detail matters.
So overall, I give Polished 3 stars because of what I experienced that day. More pain than pleasure. Maybe I just caught them during a bad time? I don’t know. And if anyone was wondering a Full Set French, and a Classic Spa Pedicure cost me $ 55 without tip.

I called around to several salons. Polished has the best prices around for the quality.
I had a pedicure here about 2 weeks back and it was a great experience. The salon is very clean and they have a fantastic selection of colors. My technician was very professional and I really appreciated that the technicians don’t seem to be gossiping the entire time.
I think this is going to be a new go-​to mani pedi place for me!

My first appointment here. I called ahead and was told to just come by. I was serviced right away and was treated to a shoulder massage. :)
I did a gel french which was lovely! Will definitely be back.

I’ve been here twice to get a shellac manicure. The the first time I saw Kristina and most recently I saw My and I was more than satisfied both times! I’ve gotten shellac manicures all over the bellevue/​tukwila area but this is the place you want to come if you want to get more for your money.
At $ 25 for a shellac manicure, they are extremely precise and careful about cleaning the cuticle area, shaping the nail, and putting on the polish. I’ve never seen a salon pay more attention to detail than the ladies here! They make sure to paint into the corners of your nail which is a spot a lot of other salons don’t pay attention to and they even make sure to coat the tips of your nails to prevent chipping! This is definitely the best nail salon around.

Having been here a few times for eyebrow waxing and pedicures, I really appreciate the staff encouraging customers to make appointments vs rushing through treatments.
The space is large for nails, pedicures, hair treatments. Waxing rooms are closed off with its own doors. Waiting area is small, however, with this shop encouraging customers to make appointments a larger wait area isn’t necessary. The area is clean and doesn’t smell of toxins as some nail places do.
I love the couch concept to comfortably sit while your toes are drying, waiting for your friend, or waiting for your next treatment.
The waxing I had was eyebrows, which was good. My technician was pleasant and quick. This shop has a stamp card which is stamped for your service leading up to discount on your waxing which is pretty cool!
Pedicures are good as well. I found their chairs are uncomfortable for the pedicures to sit in. Not much cushion on the bum or back, and because my legs are short, the foot rest for the pedicure was uncomfortable but tolerable.
Overall a good experience and worth return visits.

Color-​change Gel nails! Love it! The selection of colors was ridiculous! I don’t think I’ve ever been to a salon with so many gel colors.
Well-​earned 5 stars & here’s why:
1) reasonable price: $ 25 for gel nails
2) excellent job w/​attention to detail. Nails were properly prepped, no discomfort in nail trimming/​cuticle cutting, multiple coats
3) manicure w/​hand AND shoulder/​neck massage. It was quick– like 2min, but it’s better than the avg slap some lotion on the hand
4) color choices =excellent. Needless to say, the temperature change gel nails is my new obsession
5) easy FREE parking in front
6) walked in without appointment & they accommodated right away
7) punch card! 5^th visit: free eyebrow or lip wax

I have been coming here for many months getting regular service for a shellac mani and standard pedi. I absolutely love Kristina, Kim and staff. They are always warm and welcoming when I walk into the salon and they greet me by name.
Polished offers good quality nail polish that rarely chips between appointments. The quality of work is also top notch. From painting my nails a ‘safe’ color to making crazy artistic requests that I’ve seen off Pinterest — each mani/​pedi is done with great care and attention to detail.
I can always call day of and get an appointment (even on the weekend!). The salon is clean and comfortable … overall a relaxing and casual environment.
I highly recommend!
