If you need a notary in the Santa Clarita area, Jackie is great. She answered her phone on the first try and was very flexible with our schedule. She arrived early, was kind enough to stick around when we were running behind, and was very courteous. Will use her again if we ever need a notary.

The place I work needed a notary — fast. (It isn’t in SCV). I did a Google search and Jackie’s info came to the top of the list. That should have been the key. But I checked below too and called two others first (as they seemed closer). I got answering machines and they didn’t get the assignment. Went back up to the top and called. Jackie answered the phone and was able to be here within the prescribed time. She even gave us a courtesy call to let us know she was on her way (very reassuring). Most of all, she had all her notary items with her and even extra notary papers to use when the boss made a mistake on one — she was right there with a replacement. Like I said, there is a reason her name was first on the list.
