The Law Office of David Piotrowski was established in 2004 as a business-​oriented, full-​service law firm. Our goal is to zealously represent clients with their legal needs. Our primary practices areas include:

1. Landlord/​tenant issues and evictions. We represent the landlord. Do you need to remove a non-​paying tenant from the property? Is your tenant violating a term of the rental agreement?

My name is David Piotrowski and I am a California attorney assisting clients with landlord /​tenant matters, evictions, interstate household goods transportation, wills /​trusts, general business, immigration, and copyright /​trademark.

I have published many articles on landlord/​tenant matters and I have written a book on landlord/​tenant best practices and California evictions.

I constantly advise moving companies on their legal rights and obligations with the goal of educating companies on tariff publishing and document requirements. I publish a household goods blog with legal information relating to the household goods moving industry.

My firm also represents individuals with their estate planning needs. We draft wills, trusts, and other important estate planning documents.

Finally, we assist businesses with contracts, leases, copyright, trademark, and general business legal needs.

I decided to call David based on these Unilocal reviews, and I am so happy I did. When I called, he was out of the office so I left a message for him to call me. To my surprise, he called me within 30 minutes and right over phone, explained all my options. I would email him whenever I had a new question and he was always prompt with his reply-​usually within the hour. He would send me emails to remind me of important dates, etc. It was a pleasure to work with a lawyer that was so prompt, honest, and caring. David was recommended to me by a process server (once my own 3-​day notice in my UD complaint was challenged by a Demurrer from the tenant’s lawyer) who praised his abilities. I have to say that the praise was entirely justified!
David continually kept in touch, suggesting alternative methods and advising costs up front. He skillfully drew up a settlement agreement which the other side accepted, and then modified it at my request in order to fully protect me from any future retaliatory litigation.
His fees are most reasonable, and I would not hesitate to make use of his services again, if the need should arise.

What can I say that no one else has already stated? David’s first phone conversation with us was such an eye opener he told us from A-​Z what we needed, what to expect and how he would help! Our eviction started like almost everyone else’s issuing your own eviction notice, speaking to the tenant who would rather yell or curse at us, speaking to the police and went noWHERE!
