They switched out their containers so portions are tiny. Chow mein still good. Veggie egg rolls not the same either.

Zero. Terrible customer service. 9:00pm and nothing to serve but some old chow mein and steamed rice. Ridiculous. Seriously. Totally understand the clean up process, but really? Unacceptable for a franchise who delights on serving genuine Chinese food. They should change their slogan to «wannabe Chinese food». Ridiculous! Won’t be making a trip here again.

After my terrible experience with their restaurant on Bouquet, this is now one of a couple of places where I get my Panda Express Orange Chicken fix in Santa Clarita. Kung Pao Chicken is my other favorite choice, almost always with noodles, rarely rice. The one drawback to this location? The driveway is like a speedway to many, racing in and out of the parking lot when you’re trying to leave. A serious accident just waiting to happen.

I came here about 30 minutes after it opened. Food was very fresh, as I expected. Although not all of the items were stocked and was told it would be a wait. No thank you. So just ordered what they had. Good service. Average quick service food and customer service.

Disgusting. That disheveled and dirty looking young cashier named BRAUN scooped up my two item combo and kept touching the food with his dirty fingers several times. The whole time I was there, he was acting rudely like he was my boss, asking me some personal questions like he was entitled to the answers. He was NOT smart enough see that I was a customer and he was a cashier. But my final straw was his germ-infested fingers feeling all over my food, which was seriously intolerable. Avoid this Panda Express if you don’t want any risk of food poisoning. I mean this.

Waited in line, without being acknowledged for a good 7 minutes before the girl asked if I wanted anything. They had nothing ready, had to wait longer for entrees, line to the door while everyone is waiting for one of the most popular items. They staff was obviously suffering and the manager came out of the office to count inventory rather than help the team and all of these guests waiting. It’s obvious why the rating here is so low.

Got dinner for the family today. They had only two staff members on the front counter and they make me wait for 30 minutes while they took other orders. Bad management.

We had to come here because my daughter was starving. We were in the neighborhood and nobody likes a hungry(cranky) kid. It seemed clean but that’s the best thing I could say about my experience. That’s the only reason I didn’t only give 1 star. The server, who also happened to be the manager, must’ve been having an off day. We’ve all had one, right? But it totally seemed like she was a robot. I walked up to the counter and was greeted immediately. She asked with a blank look on her face, «Welcome to Panda. Would you like to try an entrée?» I sure did so I asked to taste the Angus beef plate. She gave me a sample. Didn’t taste good, incidentally. Then I slid down the counter to try to decide what else I wanted to order. At the same time, other customers walked up to the front and placed their order. No biggie, I was still undecided. But less than 45 seconds later, I’m back at the front and the manager gives me another blank look and says, «Welcome to Panda. Would you like to try an entrée?» Now, while I commend the consistent, polite, albeit blank, greeting, I find it odd that she looked at me like she hadn’t just asked me the same question less than 1 minute earlier. Ok, maybe its a one time offense. Well, when my wife ordered her 2 item combo, the server verbally repeated it correctly, however served the wrong entrée and had to be redirected. Again, maybe it was just an off day. Also, they charge extra for what they consider«premium entrees» i.e. the Orange Chicken with Bacon. I have never heard of that. Seems absolutely ridiculous to me. Anyway, besides that, the food was bland, hard & stale. It seemed like there was very little sauce on both the Orange Chicken + Sweetfire Chicken plates I ordered. Bottom line, this Panda leaves a lot to be desired. If I ever have a craving for it again, I’ll go to a different one.

This is by far the worst Panda Express in Scv… Rice is always crunchy… The angus beef that you pay an extra dollar far is usually so over cooked that’s it’s like beef jerky… The staff seems nice but outside of that it’s awful

Yes I know better, but it was a charity function for my wife’s school. Now I’m in need of a little charity from the Pepto Bismol Corporation. Too bad the Chinese takeover of the world is coming too late to put a stop to the likes of this.
