Custom Pools

Fantastic service!
Had another company for 2 years and switched to Custom– what a difference!
We would highly recommend this company!

Went in for parts and they were out of stock. They told me the location off 95 has the parts so I shot over there the next day and the price of the part varied. It was only a dollar difference which I did not care about but the staffs response was «he must have given the price off of memory». In fact he looked at a price sheet and gave me the price. That’s their issue not the customers. A simple «sorry about the inconsistency we will be sure to get that price sheet updated» would have been a reasonable response.

These guys are so excellent. Short version: in 1997 I decided I wanted a spa. Looked around, asked friends, got educated on some of the brands and what features are worthwhile and what are useless, etc. Settled on Tiger River for a brand, good combo of quality and price. The other thing that my friends said was that who you buy it from was just as important as what spa you buy. That lead me to Custom Pools.
These guys really could not be nicer to work with, helped me with a water problem early on, gave me a nice discount on a replacement cover when I carelessly trashed mine, tracked down an accessory I wanted, etc. This morning I went out to check on my spa and found it cold (dead of winter). Bad news. After thrashing around and investigating whether it was frozen (it wasn’t) I opened up the control panel and saw evidence of a burnt relay. (4 year old spa). I called Custom Pools, described what I saw (to Jen, who remembered me from 4 years ago), they looked me up and said, ‘Hey, you’re still under warranty’. 30 minutes later their truck pulled up (I live about 30 miles away). Out popped a very experienced and knowledgeable technician with a few spare parts in hand. 20 minutes later he had replaced the power supply board, fired it up, put it back together, done. Bonus points for being quite funny on top of it.
Really, 4 years later I am so happy I went with these guys. Purchase from them with confidence.
