Great North Property Management

This management company is the absolute worst. I live in Westgate village condos, and apparently my condo fees pay for slow response, half assed work or no work at all.
I have called several times through out the years for issues that arise and am told I must put it in writing. Which I then comply and send very detailed email about an issue. It then takes them weeks to respond, even after follow up phone calls. When the finally respond it does not fully answer my questions or get the problem resolved.
I have been waiting for over a year for something to be fixed which is a safety issue and their responsibility to repair.
I wish I had known about the lack of professionalism of this company before I bought my condo.
