Charlie Filkins was brilliant — brought in my Mustang with an engine light on. They were able to trouble shoot the issue quickly and work with my warranty. Cant say enough good things! They have my business from here on out — great job!

While the vehicle I was told about was just as they said and fantastic. My loan which I showed the paperwork for hadn’t cleared my acct and I showed paperwork that it would within another biz day and asked if they would hold the check which was under $ 3K. After stating that it should be ok and me nearly getting stranded because my ride had almost left, they said we would have to wait a day to do the deal. I had travelled over an hour. Mike Fitzpatrick Ford treated me like a criminal for being honest. I could have just wrote the check since it would take 48 hours to clear.

On 12÷21÷13, I took my Mountaineer to the service dept. because my service engine soon light came on. The car also stalled while I was driving and started back up. The inspected to truck and determined that it need a new thermostat. They also flush cooling system and inspected that. Total charge. $ 349.82
On 12÷26÷13, my check engine light came on again. I took it back to the service dept and The same service advisor that I had spoken with the last time who was Charlie told me that the light was on for a different reason this time. And that I need a No. 6 coil replaced. Total charge $ 133.66
On 1÷5÷14, my check engine light comes on again. I spoke with Charlie and told him I don’t think that fix the problem the first time. He tells me that that light comes on for different reason. Which I do understand that but every 2 weeks I just didn’t buy that. So they inspected the truck and thought that there may be a leak somewhere so they cleaned the area up. He also stated that if the light came on again that they would know what the problem was and the cost to fix the leak would be roughly $ 500 which was a special. This time there was no service charge.
On 1÷18÷14, my check engine light comes on the and the truck stalls and cuts off. I take it to the service dept again. This time there was a different service advisor and mechanic on duty. They determined that there was indeed a crack in the intake manifold and it was leaking on those parts that they had previously replaced. This only confirmed that they had never fix the original problem to cost to come the job would be $ 1348. The service advisor suggested me not to drive it until I get it fix and to wait until Monday to see what Charlie and the service Manager says about this.
On 1÷20÷14, I spoke with Charlie and I explained to him that they never fix the original problem with my truck. I told him that leak had been there from the beginning and they only fix the parts that were damage by the leak. I told him I felt the fair thing to do was to Subtract what I had already paid them from the total cost to fix it AGAIN. He explained to me that they are going to give me a Manager discount and which was about $ 200 discount. I wasn’t happy with that I explained to him that I currently ad a rental car that I had to return, Charlie said that they would pay for the rental for the next 2 days. I felt a little better about that. On 1÷21÷14 Charlie called me and told me my truck was ready and they would take another $ 98.00 off the cost, Bring it down to $ 1061.42 Which they replaced the intake manifold, gasket, thermos (again) 4 coil and boot (again)
I really hope not to see Mike Fitzpatrick Ford service dept. with this issue again.

Brought my 2013 ford fusion in to fix a recalled part and get an oil change. Charlie had someone take me home and come pick me up. Then when I picked my car up they had washed it off for me. Which was great since I drive in Atlanta everyday an get road tar on my pretty white car. 11 out of 10

One word, amazing! The customer service is 10 out of 10. My car decided to stop on the side of the road, and I had to get it towed. I actually called ahead to see if they had the part I needed and I got a live person! Amazing! They quickly transferred me to the service department where I was reassured they had the part and would take care of me.
I was welcomed to the Mike Fitzpatrick Ford Lincoln Mercury service center with a smile and comfort. Mr. Ferdinand Figueroa was my service advisor. Thank goodness for him. I was a mess. I needed to hear someone thought my car was going to be okay. I got just that. I will admit I don’t know anything about cars and my family isn’t close. It was great that the service center employees especially Mr. Figueroa understood how worried I was and helped me through my stressful day. There is nothing like your car smoking on the side of the road when you have somewhere to be. After Mr. Figueroa reassured me my car would be in good hands, he told me his driver would drive me to my destination. My driver was Curtis Chapman, who drove me right up the road. He was so nice. I love it when you actually have a legitimate conversation with someone who really cares. You can tell he likes his job. Anyone can drive a car, but not everyone can be personable and genuine.
I made a request that they call me when they knew what exactly was wrong with the car. Once the car was done, they left me a message on my phone just as I asked. I called back and got directly to my service advisor (Mr. Figueroa). No horrible music while you’re waiting, just an immediate answer by a service advisor. The driver picked me up very quickly and was on my way back to my car. Mr. Ferdinand walked me to where I would check out and to my car. Guess what? The price I paid to get my car fixed was reasonable! Seriously, how common is that!
When I sat into my cleaned car (it wasn’t that clean when I dropped it off– guilty) I was able to drive back to Carrollton knowing my car was okay
I don’t know what I would have done without The Mike Fitzpatrick Service Center, Ferdinand Figueroa, and the rest of the staff. I will drive from Carrollton to Newnan to get my car taken care of from now on.
I firmly believe in acknowledging good customer service. If you need your Ford fixed go to Mike Fitzpatrick Service Center in Newnan and ask for Mr. Figueroa.
