Let me start off my saying this is my favorite store ever. I have shopped here many time over the years. Customer Service is PHENOMENAL. I place an order online and misplaced my invoice slip. The manager did ever thing she could to help me. She finally told me that I would have to get a store credit. I was ok with that. She keep trying to research my invoice. When I thought there was nothing else she could do. She found away to refund my card back. I am forever thankful.
