We are located near the Balboa Peninsula and 55 freeway in Lido Marina Village. Our bright, spacious studio is newly remodeled and features top-​of-​the-​line Gratz Pilates equipment. Our staff is fully trained and certified in Classical Pilates and owner Djuna Watt Bennett has been a physical therapist for 30 years. As such, she is uniquely prepared to address a variety of injuries and conditions through the use of Pilates rehabilitation. We accept most insurances with a written prescription from a doctor.

For those who are curious and have never tried Pilates, we offer a four pack of private introductory lessons at a greatly reduced rate. In addition to private, semi-​private, and group Pilates, our class schedule includes yoga, Tai Chi, and meditation.

Djuna B.

Business Owner

Djuna is the owner of AB Solution and a certified Pilates instructor. She is certified by both the New York Guild and Power Pilates and has been teaching Pilates in Newport Beach for the last 15 years. Djuna has also been practicing orthopedic physical therapy for over 30 years.

Djuna believes that Classical Pilates offers a more holistic and effective approach for healing injuries than other treatments offered in more traditional settings. As a physical therapist, Djuna can accept a physician’s prescription and bill most insurance companies for the use of Pilates for injury rehabilitation.
