I wanted to set up a living trust for years, but didn’t do anything. I finally decided to get it done this year and searched on internet for estate lawyer, I saw Mr. Alavi has high rating plus he charges a low flat fee, and wanted to give a try.
I am so glad I used Mr. Alavi’s services. Not only because he is very experienced in this field, he is also professional, patient and devoted to his customers. He even responded to my email during weekend and at night. The instructions Mr. Alavi provided for notarizing documents and funding the trust is also clear, detailed and easy to follow.

I recently asked Max to prepare a living Trust for me as I was buying a house and wanted this vested in the Trust name. He was incredibly efficient and quick. Neither the cost nor the process was as painful as I had envisioned and his simple yet effective visual plan was excellent. Since we all seem to procrastinate on this as human nature tends to, I would recommend Max to anyone who has not done their Will or Trust. His intelligent and dry wit even made for a pleasant experience !
