My family and I have used this firm several times dating back to roughly 1997. Suzanne Leslie (attorney), Brian (paralegal), and Jim Ballidis (attorney) have all worked with us during the process. Unfortunately, I have to say that they really let us down last time we began working with them. I was rear-​ended on the freeway while at a stop and they failed to demonstrate that I was not at fault and stated that once settlement time came I would be left holding a significant bill. They were unable to negotiate anything in my favor. As a result, I fired them and hired Sandeep Shah (located within about 10 miles of their location). He did a fantastic job representing me and I ended up with no bills and a better settlement than I had expected. If you have a case that requires ANY work I would recommend using another firm to represent you; it’ll likely save you time, stress, and frustration.

I was introduced to Allen Flatt Ballidis and Leslie after I was in 3 accidents in a 4 month period (all other peoples fault, seriously I was stopped in two occasions). Well this caused a nightmare with insurance issues and in order to have medical expenses paid for I needed help. If you have need of a personal injury professional (which I hope you do not) you could not do better than this group. I met Jim Ballidis several years ago socially never dreaming I would ever use his services. He subsequently handled a personal injury suit for my mother very efficiently and was able to secure a very fair settlement for her.
In April of 2012 I fell in a store in Fashion Island and needed their services. I mainly worked with Suzanne Leslie who I found to be very patient, responsive and always working with my best interests in mind. Suzanne referred me to a second opinion doctor which resulted in my receiving excellent care at no cost during the lawsuit. This went on for two years because they wanted to be sure I was actually healed before negotiating a very fair settlement for me. Most of all, what I’d like to say about Suzanne Leslie is, she cares and she takes care of me.
Here’s the backstory on my having need of an attorney. My car was rear-​ended not once but twice during the year 2013 resulting in not only auto body damage but a back injury to boot. Aargh!
There was a ton of paperwork involved with the insurance companies both for auto body and medical so, feeling overwhelmed, I hired an attorney after the first accident to help me get it under control but the bad luck continued on.
Hiring this lazy dolt only created more work for me as he did nothing to relieve me of any of it. He turned out to be yet one more middle man compounding my paperwork load.

Hurrah! Someone with competence at long last. And, if I could trust what she was saying, I had just found someone who who was willing to do the work to get the insurance companies to pay up their fair share.
Sitting there at her desk, I began to feel a tremor of relief. The insurance companies had been making me jump through hoop after hoop to get my claims reimbursed with no result. Now I had someone who knew what they were doing on my side. But would she truly deliver?
From that day forward up till now I can honestly say, Suzanne has cleaned up a pile of bills for me and swept them away. I’m even receiving checks in the mail for those bills I paid that the insurance companies should have in the first place. Again, another huge hurrah for Suzanne Leslie. She is who she says she is: an attorney that actually works.

Last year Suzy Leslie helped my sister when she got into a car accident. Long story short — my sister was stopped at a light when another driver rear ended her. When the other drivers insurance company wouldn’t pay although he admitted 100% fault she called Suzy.
