Peter started Brighten Property Management to help property owners better manage the responsibilities that come along with rental properties and property investments in general.

Growing up in the Inland Empire, Peter spent over twenty-​two years learning the ins and outs of the area whilst collecting a vast range of contacts which helped him to develop a portfolio of trusted workers he uses to manage the properties. Peter graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and later went on to receive his real estate license.

With a strong passion for helping others find a balance between managing both their real estate investments and their lives, Peter feels that Brighten Property Management is the key to alleviating the stress of property owners and renters alike.
