Way too expensive, got a pair of pants back and they weren’t cleaned properly.

I’ve been going to Celebrity cleaners for over 10 years. Not only do they do a great job with my laundry, but Rufina, Sylvia, and Viri along with the other employees make the experience so great. This is why I’ll never go anywhere else. Thank you Rufina for always taking such great care of me!

Refusing to give them business again. Always leave feeling like I paid way too much for dry cleaning! Plus I got a pair of work pants hemmed and the waist taken in a little and they charged me $ 40, huge rip off!!!

They do great job cleaning clothes. Clothes have no chemical smell. Prices are too high.

This is the dry cleaner from Hell– AVOIDATALLCOSTS!!! They have ruined thousands of dollars worth of our expensive designer clothes. The worst offenses include… Shrinking a silk Armani blouse, it is at least 2 sizes smaller, and completely unwearable. It looks like it would fit a 10 yr old, but I don’t know any 10 yr olds who need button up blouses. They STOLE the logo zipper pull of my Chanel zip up sweater. And I know those ghetto a-holes only stole it because it was Chanel, if it had been Gap I’m sure they’d have left it alone. Anyone who likes Chanel knows that the hard wear and buttons are what make the piece special, so it’s pretty much ruined. I took a Versace jacket here to be dry-cleaned it, they wet cleaned it without my permission, which of course shrunk the hell out of it and now the sleeves are ¾, which looks absurd, so that’s ruined. This dry cleaner is the absolute worst I have ever encountered and they have no business being in Newport Beach.

Celebrity cleaners… because they charge so much only a celebrity could afford it? Celebrity cleaners… because I ran into Brianna from RHOC2 doors down? I don’t know. They do a damn good job cleaning and have great hours — but man, $ 30+ to clean a couple of jackets? Ouch.

After spilling my Starbucks down my white hoodie, I popped in to the adjacent cleaners. I had a few items in the trunk of my car that I need to get altered too, so I just handed them over in one shot. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the results. Everything came back clean and fit well. All of the alterations were excellent. All of my clothes were made tiny and crafted beautifully. The guy even matched the style of stitching on my jeans! All in all, it was rather inexpensive too. I’ll definitely be back.

So this is my first time going to a dry cleaners since I moved to the O.C., and I was a bit nervous about going here. I heard through word of mouth that this place is pretty decent, and since it’s next to a wide variety of eating places, I figure I could get my dry cleaning done, and head over for some good eats right after. I came on a Friday, and right off the bat I was impressed with the service. The people in the front desk were very helpful, and straightforward. I was literally in and out in a matter of minutes. I dropped off 10 articles of clothing, and was told to pay the next day when they were done. I also had a pair of pants that needed a rip to be repaired, and was told that it would be ready by Monday. When I eventually picked up my clothing, not only was everything thoroughly clean, but I didn’t smell that chemical scent that you normally get from a dry cleaning. My first impression is that these guys are awesome. As soon as I got home, I noticed that one of my shirts had the cufflings missing. I called the store, and they told me that they normally put them in a bag and tape it to the hanger that the shirt comes in. I checked twice and it wasn’t there. So I called again, and had the desk employee check the lost and found, and thankfully it was there…*relief. I show up on Monday and figure I can pick up the repaired pants along with the cufflings in one trip, and for some reason the pants aren’t repaired yet. The only thing that kept me from losing my temper was the accomodating service and personality of the front help. No problem, I’ll just come back the next day… …And when I did, it still wasn’t ready! I ended up venting my anger a bit, and so they repaired it on the spot, I just had to wait 15 minutes… moral of the story, come here for simple drycleaning, but not for tayloring or repairs! And be accountable for your cufflings too :)
