If I could give them –1, I would gladly give it to them with great pleasure and never thinking twice.
Downstairs of our house got flooded July 20^th 2015.
CMC came right away to pack whole of our downstairs took all of our furniture to put in storage.
We where promised that everything would be checked for mold or damages and the furniture would be taken care and cleaned if needed.
Our work is done to the house middle of September. Trying to get CMC to deliver our boxes and furniture was an impossible issue.
Julio Alejandro our contents estimator and the company would not return any of my phone calls nor my emails.
The furniture and the rest of our house contents did arrive October 6^th 2015.
BUT the my beige burlap couches, beige dinning room chairs (we had just bought in December) and our bed must have just been thrown into a storage container with them being covered at all and they came back filthy.
So much So for them «checking» everything before delivery.
They took the couches way to clean and it took them 2 whole weeks to clean them and return them to us after many phone calls, messages left that where never ever returned.
The bed we scrubbed it clean ourselves.
Our glass dinning table is in no use as they have lost a piece of plastic cup that holds the glass to the base of the table.
They said they had to «special order» it and that they will deliver it when they deliver the couches and NO plastic cup and NO dinning table for us to use.
The companies and Julio Alejandro’s excuse has always been that they are «swamped» and how their workers will be working weekends to catch up.
When unpacking boxes we found they had packed food, which was molded and I had to throw away the contents in that box. They packed way unwashed bowl that had dried milk and cereal, lots of things that was broken, scratched or chipped.
The only way we can get anything resolved with this company is thru our Insurance assessor.
Please think twice before you go with this company.
It is very disheartening when you have gone thru a disaster and than you have major issues with your furniture and contents and especially the company.

We have been working with Contents Management for a few years now. Their 10,000 sqft climate controlled facility is very organized and professional for the contents portion of claims. They do a great job and really take care of the homeowners contents. We would recommend CMC to any restoration company, contractor or insurance carrier to use for their contents needs. Great job CMC!
