Mr. Carlton is the best! he not only is a great attorney, very professional and incredibly knowledgeable, but he’s also a wonderful person! He won for me two cases that were not so straightforward; and during the entire time he worked with me, I never felt just a «case», but he treated me as a human being and he showed that he genuinely cared about me as a person. Beyond that, he is also a very pleasant person to talk to, with an amazing sense of humor!
And what to say about Renee? Any good word about her as a person and as a professional would certainly be an understatement! She is the best!

It is my honor and privilege to recommend Dan Carlton.
I had a bad rear-​end car accident and initially retained another attorney. Even though the other party admitted that they were at fault and it seemed like a slam dunk, my initial attorney dropped the ball. My case was dead in the water until Dan agreed to take it.
Dan worked diligently on my behalf and obtained a settlement that was TWICE AS LARGE as the one negotiated by the first attorney. I believe he could have obtained an even larger one had the first attorney not messed my case up.
Dan is honest, experienced and professional. Both he and his assistant Renee were pleasant to deal with.
Please don’t make the same mistake I did. Hire Dan first and put a great attorney to work for you.
