RIP OFF! ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!! NEVER RENT FROM ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR AFFILIATED WITH THE JAGUAR LAND ROVER SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Let me preface this by saying that both my husband and I are doctors and we own our own business. Customer service is of utmost importance to us. The Manager here, Jon, stated the he does not care about customers. Apparently they do not because they are CONMEN!!! This location is affiliated with the Jaguar and Landrover Dealership in Newport Beach. We put our Jaguar in the service department and was referred here for the FREE RENTAL CAR while our car was in service. Well 2 weeks after we returned the rental car, our credit card was charged $ 132 for basic insurance that we never signed up for. We were told there would be a «hold» on the card until the car was returned. Instead we were charged for insurance we did not sign up for. I will be disputing my credit card for this fraudulent transaction Please do yourself a favor and never rent from @enterprise. They do not value their customers and are there to take advantage of the credit card they have on file. I will be taking my business away for Jaguar and Land Rover in the future and will never do business with either company again!

I’ve been using their cars 3 times as loaner cars for Jaguar shop. Can’t say anything but that their service was fast and great. I hope you have the same experience with them!

Car was provided while Range Rover was in for service. Basic Mazda CX5 that was adequate to meet our needs for the two days while we were without our car.
Service was polite and quick and smooth, both check-​out and return of vehicle.
