I wholeheartdly attest to Dr. Elliott’s mastery of plastic surgery and my results have been incredible. His experience, skill, compassionate understanding and realistic approach provided unbelievable results that started with setting the right expectation. Along with great results for many of my friends, I have had two very successful procedures (Breast Augmentation & Liposuction) in 2007 & 2014.
Don’t waste any time or money shopping around. I personally would not trust anyone else besides Dr. Elliott. YOU WILL LOVE THE RESULTS!

Dr. Elliot and his staff are amazing! I can’t emphasis enough how sweet and caring his nurses and staff are, and most important Dr. Elliott! He is just amazing. I had a breast reduction about 10 days ago, and he made the precursor to a great experience for me (I had very bad back/​neck pain). He explained to me everything, step by step and told me also the side effects, he did not sugar coat anything. Which made me like him even more. When I was done with the surgery and went home, he called me twice that day to make sure that I was ok. If I could I would give this place 10 stars! I am also very happy with the result. Thank you Dr Eugene!

Dr. Elliott and his staff are awesome. Dr. Elliott has all the proper pedigree and awards you would look for in an excellent surgeon. They speak to how skilled he is in what he does. What they don’t tell you is what a terrific person he is. He explains exactly what will take place in the procedure and what you need to do for a successful recovery. Then he performs the most incredible work. He is both artist and surgeon. The staff of Shawn, Chris, and Tonya are sooooo nice and caring. The entire staff makes you feel like family and friends rather than patients.

I saw Dr. Elliott in the Register’s best of Orange County, voted number one. I have to heartily agree! He and his staff are so warm and professional. I am so happy with the lipo under my chin, he did an outstanding job and nobody can tell! All I get asked is if I lost weight! I definitely recommend Dr. Elliott, he cares about you as a patient and a person. Go see him you will be happy you did!
