If you are looking for a mortgage professional, look no further. John Bonanno is outstanding! My wife and I recently purchased a home and it was the smoothest transaction I have ever done. John is an awesome in moving you through the loan process. He keeps you informed to your progress and what to expect. He was recommended to me by a realtor friend.
I completed pre-​qualification with John and was able to close escrow on a house I found in 21 days.
John later worked with me on refinancing and his experience and timing set me up in a 3.25% loan saving me literally tens of thousands of dollars over the life of my loan.
