The Godbey School of Art provides painting classes, parties and events for all ages in Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Corona Del Mar, Laguna Beach and Orange County, CA. We offer group sessions, private sessions, and semi-​private sessions for of all levels of experience. Get painting at your next birthday party, corporate gathering, wedding or baby shower at the Godbey School of Art, and bring a group of friends or family for an evening painting party with wine and appetizers. In our painting classes, parties and events, adults and children learn a variety of painting techniques with acrylics on canvas, as well as the incorporation of art theories, resulting in a complete enrichment experience. Owner and artist Stephanie Godbey has many of her paintings available to purchase in our school and on our website, as well.

History

Established in 2006.

In 2006, Stephanie Godbey opened The Godbey School of Art for kids and adults in Newport Beach and Orange County, CA in 2006. Adults and children learn a variety of painting techniques with acrylics on canvas, as well as the incorporation of art theories. As a result, the students receive a complete enrichment experience. Stephanie offers groups, private and semi private lessons and offers classes for all ages.

Stephanie Godbey is a contemporary impressionist painter who has been painting in acrylics and oils for over 25 years. Stephanie has exhibited her work throughout Southern California for the last 20 years. Stephanie’s brightly colored art display the great passion she has as a colorist. In 2006, Stephanie opened The Godbey School of Art for kids and adults in Newport Beach and Orange County, CA.
