Regan was extremely helpful and made an otherwise stressful process very easy. Regan was very flexible when it came time to go out and look at rental units. She delivered everything we were looking for in a rental and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Regan was available when we had questions which was always reassuring. When it came time to act on a listing, she handled all the communication and details to make the process run smoothly for us. I would highly recommend her services if you’re looking to buy or rent.

George and his sister Regan are the reason we were able to buy our dream home. After several failed attempts and offers with a previous real estate agent in the area we decided to call Hanold Properties. So glad we did!
George and Regan know the market and area of Newport/​Costa Mesa so well they both grew up here. They gave us a lot of insight and truly are the reason we got our home. They quickly understood what we were looking for and were very patient with us during the process.
There were several other offers on our home but George did an amazing job negotiating the deal for us. Especially in this market, you really need someone who is aggressive and understands exactly what you want. They have a great reputation in the industry and often showed us properties that hadn’t even hit the market yet.
We still have a relationship with them and will be using them if we decide to buy another home. Until then we will stay put :)

My fiancé and I have hired George and Regan from Hanold Properties for our first home purchase in Eastside Costa Mesa back in 2010 and were so happy, we hired them for three more transactions to sell and then purchase our home 4 years later.
