If medication is needed, we’ll use it. If one’s goal is to be medication free, we’ll work together toward it, at a mutually agreed pace.

Insight Choices is a team of mental health providers who strive to meat your treatment goals and needs. Our newest office, located in Newport Beach, features one of our providers, Sheena Udeshi MS, RN, FNP-​BC.

She treats a number of ailments including but not limited to: ADHD/​ADD, depression, anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, opioid dependence, and various addiction issues.
