WOW, they just called the office again, this time a very rude person named John. This time asking to speak to one of our developers. When I explained I’ve asked repeatedly for them to take us off their call list, he goes «first I am hearing this».
This company is despicable.

I am sorry to say that these guys give a bad name to recruiters. They did a bait and switch with me on both the job and the recruiter. The job I applied to was ignored when I spoke to them and they were trying to push one that I would have never applied to. A
nd the recruiter that they passed me to was a bartender a couple of months ago. He was reading off a list and he clearly had no clue what he was asking me meant.

When I was looking for a job, I wasn’t open to using recruiters. I was applying at various places, but didn’t quite feel right in any of the interviews. Jobspring Partners found me through one of the «jobs» that I applied for. Sure, it was technically their job posting that I applied for, but I’m glad they found me!
They called me up and introduced themselves and were very professional. We scheduled a meeting to make sure we were a match for each other. They helped me spruce up my resume, making it more to the point. Shortly after, I was being sent on interviews. I felt as if I had an «in» at the places I was going to.
It was my third interview that landed me the current job I have. This new job has allowed me to grow my skill set and learn new technologies. I love it!
Hopefully I won’t be changing jobs for a long time, but if I do I will be going back to Jobspring Partners!

Jobspring Partners helped me to find my current position and the experience was simply fantastic. After working for several agencies both here in Southern California as well as Northern California/​Bay Area, I have to admit that I’m overly impressed with the service that Jobspring offers. I interviewed the week prior to landing the job that I’m with now and honestly, the most painful part of the process was the commute up to Newport Beach to initially meet with them.
Mitchell, Allison and David were all awesome to work with! While I was working directly with Mitchell, Allison had a client that she thought I would be of interest to and thus, my interview with them. They had a couple other locations set up, but their client I first interviewed with offered exactly what I was looking for in the location that I was looking in… so I took it.
At the end of the day, landing a job is the responsibility of each individual interviewer. Placement agencies are usually only in the process of hiring for their own bottom line, but Jobspring worked closely WITH me to find a perfect fit FOR me. I’m more than happy to give my highest recommendation to their company! You really can’t ask for better service and assistance when looking for a high-​tech job!

This used to be ATLANTIS PARTNERS, guess why they changed their name? No one believes them anymore… These people will make you go to their office, talk to a bunch of people asking none sense — what a waste of time, and then make the usual promise that the whole team will find you a job.
In fairness, they did send me to some interviews, and I think I was sent there as a spy, not as a candidate, because after the interview, they are interested in finding out what were the interview questions… In the end, they did not get me a job. I tried them 2 times, and both times, I managed to find job myself… then 4 to 5 months later, you will hear from them asking if you know someone in your field who is looking for a job… YEAH!
