Connie and Hannah are amazing. My 8 y/​o son received his baseball uniform on Tues. ¾/​14 and his slacks were 10″+ too long. I called, we went in and they turned it around in 30 min. My son felt like he was getting his first custom made suit. Thanks ladies!

I have been coming here for years. I cannot believe how poorly they are handling my situation. I recently brought in a very expensive dress from A’marees and told them exactly what needed to be done. (Just taken in a little and hemmed) I also told them that it was a very expensive dress and asked them politely to be very careful. They completely destroyed the dress. They clearly cut it up changed the entire form of the dress AND took it in too much and I can no longer wear it. Worse part is they will not refund the money for the ‘alteration’. Still contemplating going to court for damages…

I recently lost weight and had to take my bridesmaid dress in to be altered, mind you the wedding is next week! Hanna not only did an incredible job but she was able to finish my dress quickly so I wouldn’t stress over it. I’ve been to other places and Just Alterations seriously had the best price for the quality of work that they do. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. FYI ask for Hanna you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve never been disappointed by the quality of the work I’ve gotten. Everything is always hemmed, sewn, fixed, etc just the way I want. Sometimes I think things can’t be altered, but turns out they can be & Just Alterations can get it done. Overall, super satisfied!

I have never felt so taken advantage of and cheated in my life, so I thought I should share to save others! My family and I have been coming to this place for years, but I guess they thought they could try and take advantage of what they thought was a «new» customer. $ 70 to hem a dress? What are these people on? I could of bought a new dress for that, or figured it out myself. These people are a bunch of CROOKS and I am going to be sure to tell everyone and anyone I can. My wedding is coming up and I could have recommended a lot of people to go to this place. Too bad they are a bunch of thieves. So sad you cant find an honest business anymore. It’s pathetic!

Tiny little Asian run alterations shop in Newport in the same shopping center as Rite Aid and Pavillions. The woman who greeted me was very friendly and very knowledgable. Prices seemed a bit steep compared to what I usually pay for items. 4 tops and 1 cotton dress amounted to $ 150 to take each in by about an inch on the sides. However, they do good work and you can tell they have a lot of regulars because the shop was full of women who the proprietor seemed to know by name.
