Lynn Dimino, MD

Dr. Dimino is a really good dermatologist, very thorough and professional. Unfortunately, the office is poorly run resulting in a pretty bad customer experience. It’s too bad, but there are other offices nearby with good doctors who treat the customer/​patient much better and will respect your time.

From the moment I made my appointment with Ashley to my first point of contact I have literally been impressed! I had a spot on my back that I was very concerned with. I called and made an appointment, only to have made a mistake and showed up a week to early. Instead of sending me home, they squeezed me in. I had biopsies that day. And I was a cash pay patient which made it stressful as to be on a budget. The team went to work and gave me levels of options for treatment and prices, so that we all could come to a treatment plan. They broke down the prices and gave me a total, and we proceeded from there. Never once did anyone seem annoyed with having to go the extra mile with me. I never felt rushed or pressured to «make a decision.» We picked a treatment plan, and treatment began. I was off feeling great!
2^nd visit and surgery day due to my biopsy being positive for «Squamous Cell Carcinoma.» I of course was worried and at no point did anyone contribute to that feeling. Everyone was just on board with «let’s just get you better», and again we worked out the pricing with absolutely no surprises. My Mohs surgery went extremely well. The care in which Dr. Dimino puts fourth to ensure scaring is minimal is so greatly appreciated. Again, never feeling rushed. It’s a rare art form theses days with the direction in which medicine is going. There was no «hack job» done here at all. My dressing was beautifully placed, and aftercare instructions were explained. I was instructed to call for anything at anytime. I even received a personal call from Dr. Dimino later that night to see how I was doing. In a world of in-​personal, your a account number with what insurance??? It’s nice to know that Dr. Dimino does exactly what her oath asked her to do. She practices her passion, with a exceptional bed side manner and truly cares for you as a human being who deserves kind informed patient care.
Kudos to the ENTIRE TEAM! Each and everyone of them uphold the standard in this office.
I have my dermatologist for life.

Dr Dimino, I went to your office based on a recommendation back in February 2015. I waited close to two hours. Then, I discovered I was over charged. I had to prove I was over charged to your office, even though they receive the same paperwork I do. It is now mid May 17, and I am still waiting for my refund check.
I have contacted the office a number of times, and am promised a check will be mailed. At this point, I doubt I will ever see my money and if I do, I hope you send it with the interest you have earned.
You seemed to be a good doctor, the one time I saw you, but my experience has been so poor, I will not recommend. Many other really good dermatologists who don’t treat their patients like this.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dimino’s for several years, she has always provided excellent care. Most recently my 2 ½ year old daughter had a scary looking rash come up. I called the office right away and I was able to get her in quickly. Her staff is knowledgeable and most of all very friendly. Dr. Dimino was able to diagnose my daughters rash as nothing serious which of course made this overly cautious mama at ease. Thank you so much Dr. Dimino for taking such great care of us. We love your office!

Dr Dimino is a phenomenal dermatologist and is as skilled as any plastic surgeon when she removes anything from a patient’s skin. She is very focused and engaging with patients, cares about her work, answers all of your questions, but does not waste time.
I just had a skin cancer removed from my chest that required MOHS surgery and one week after the stitches were removed, I literally cannot even see the scar myself! This lady has great skill and an amazing eye!
I’ve seen many dermatologists over the years and she is by far and away THE BEST!

I had a horrible time dealing with this doctor’s billing department. I paid my bill in full while there, I thought, and then was sent a bill for a significant additional amount later. The experience was the worst I ever had dealing with any healthcare provider.

Hands down she is the best! I had a horrible hematoma and she was able to drain it and make it go away without too much intervention. It was really bad and I could have ended up having to have surgery, but Dr. Domino took care of it and kept it from leaving any scares. She rocks!

Sure there are a lot of good Doctors out here. Dr Dimino is great! When I go to see her she makes me feel like I am the only person in the world. She is very attentive. Her staff members are very pleasant and easy to work with. Go there and see what I mean, you’ll be glad you did. Tell her Jay sent you.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Dimino. After having two dermatology nightmares, I was referred to her by my aesthetician — that was about 9 years ago now and I couldn’t be happier. She’s really quick, which threw me off at first, but she’s actually very thorough. She’s also amazing when it comes to having to remove a problem area. Unfortunately, I had a basal cell carcinoma on my cheek that needed to be removed. I was sick to my stomach thinking about the scar that I would have (at the young age of 30). Long story short, she did a phenomenal job and the scar is quite minimal. Most people don’t notice it. I notice it because A) I know it’s there and B) I’m obsessed with looking at the condition of my face and trying to improve it. But Dr. D. is amazing!!!
Her staff is also great. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend her for your dermatology needs.
