Immaculate showroom, perfect location, great staff. Came here on consignment of my mclaren. Nick Jones was easy to get a hold of and met me at their showroom. Very professional, and easy going. If evident that he’s very knowledgeable in his field and is patient in answering all questions. Reviewed my contract and had me in n out in no time.
I’ll be doing my high end car business here from now on. For this location and service, their fees and prices are less than I expected. They take good care of you.

I had an unpleasant experience with this group today at Auto Club Speedway. They came out to the Fast Toys track day to demo their cars, which is a somewhat higher end exotic car focused track day @ $ 700 to enter your car.
They were also at the Fast Toys event at Willow Springs last month, and the sales guy I talked to there was very cool. I asked about test driving their Lamborghini Huracan and the guy (think his name was Pietro) basically handed me the keys and said «have fun, be safe». I didn’t at all expect that, but it was certainly nice. After that, I was signed up to drive their 570S, which I’m actually interested in purchasing (not a huge Lambo fan), but unfortunately it started pouring rain when I was about to head out in it.
Anyway, back to today. I was excited to get a chance to drive their demo car and talked to the sales guy, Jeremy, who was at their tent to ask about driving it. He said no problem, there are 2 people ahead of me in line, and he just needed my license and insurance, and asked me to sign a waiver saying I’m responsible for paying for any damage if I crash the car. Apparently they just started doing this after someone damaged one of their cars at last months event. I’m surprised they weren’t doing this from the beginning, considering the repair costs on these vehicles.
Anyway, at this point I was done driving my car for the day and just waited around for a while for my turn to come up. The track closed for lunch, and during lunch Jeremy walked up to me and told me I’d be the first person to drive after lunch, and to see him as soon as the track reopened.
I dutifully showed up at 1 PM and Jeremy was nowhere to be found. The guy at their tent told me there were a dozen people ahead of me and it would be 1 to 2 hours before the car came available. I was a bit frustrated and decided I’d just head back to work rather than wait another couple hours. Before leaving, I texted Jeremy who apologized for the mixup and said he’d fit me in shortly.
15 minutes later, he said the car was available and i could go out with an instructor for a couple laps, and then drive the car. Great, finally! So I went out as a passenger with the instructor, and asked her about switching places after she’d done a few laps. She informed me that she was told that nobody was allowed to drive the cars. I explained my conversation with Jeremy, and we went back to the Mclaren tent to ask them to clarify what was going on. The guy at the tent said they were not allowing anyone to drive the car except people who had already ordered a vehicle from them. I was pretty frustrated at this point after specifically being told I could drive, and having waited 2 hours for the opportunity. I asked them to please call Jeremy to clarify, and waited. About 5 minutes later, I asked the guy at the table for an update. He said it was fine, I could drive as soon as the car was back from the lap it was on. Shortly thereafter, the car comes back. I get ready to go drive it, and the same guy who told me it was fine then tells me «we’re only letting clients drive». What??? What is wrong with these people? I was quite frustrated and confused at this point and ended up leaving. I called Jeremy from my car and asked him if he could contact the people at their tent and rectify whatever misunderstanding was going on over there. He told me the same «clients only» story, and said «we’re not running a driving free for all». So that was that. I don’t understand why they waisted hours of my time telling me to wait and that I could drive the car. Then they pretended they never said that, and claimed they were not letting potential clients drive. They already collected my insurance and made my sign a paper saying I had to pay for the car if I crashed it. Obviously the plan was for me to drive it.
Very weird. I have no issue if they really were not letting people drive their cars. That’s totally fair and understandable. But this whole lying and time wasting game was totally ridiculous. The Ferrari dealership was letting people ride along in their 458 with an instructor. They were pretty clear that they were not doing test drives, and I don’t blame them. Nothing wrong with that. The only thing I can think of is these Mclaren folks decided maybe I looked to young to be in the typical group of clientele? That would be a stupid assumption though considering I’m driving one of my two brand new $ 100k Porsches (paid for cash) at a track day that cost $ 700 to enter.
Anyway, this rant is long enough. After being lied to and treated like an idiot today by several people who represent this dealership, I will make a point of not setting foot in their showroom. If I do end up purchasing a 570S instead of a GT3 I’ve been eyeing, I will be sure to do it at a different dealership.

I purchased a new ’15 McLaren 650S from Nick Jones yesterday. What a car and what an amazing purchase experience. By FAR the best car buying experience I’ve had. I only intended to visit and learn about the brand as I was contemplating a Maca but knew nothing about them. Nick spent an entire day educating me, taking me for test drives, sharing what McLaren is all about. He and finance manager Laura really bent over backwards to get me into my car while keeping me comfortable with my options and subsequent decision. Thank you so much Nick, Laura, Pietro, Steve, and the entire team at McLaren. Oh yeah… and the car… is…fast! lol

Fantastic Service! Jeremy was so far one of the most professional exotic car sales ever! His expertise makes the car selection and purchase so much smoother. The service is extraordinary because he is always on call to answer any question I have.
The dealership has far more selection than any other dealership. As a customer, I feel privileged to work with Jeremy to obtain a car that I have been eyeing for some time. This is definitely one place where dreams come true!

Easy and simple life is too short live and let live the good the bad and the ugly is all mixed up in this world. who cares

Window shopping… stunningly beautiful cars!

Just got my 12C back for a minor update, was a bit concerned as my previous Service Manager Grant was replaced by Troy Shane. Had nothing to worry about, the service and commitment from them is second to none. Not only are they punctual and honest, but their level of communication, professionalism, and friendliness is second to none.
One other aspect, their Sales Department is the best in the Country and I have actually become friends with a couple of them.

Stopped by this dealership and they were very nice. The beautiful young lady in the showroom was friendly and helpful. Even the fancy gentleman in the back greeted us. I am young looking and generally get disrespected if I am not driving my nice cars to car shop. In fact, we were just disrespected at a Mitsubishi and NIssan dealership. LOL. Unfortunately, the car is not for me, but if only all dealerships were like this, they would sell far more cars and people would not dread stepping foot on a lot.
