When you come to NBDPS you can expect a trained MD, PA, or Nurse Practioner to administer your treatments. Combined, these providers have more than 40 years experience in their respective fields with degrees from, USC, Stanford, John Hopkins, UCSD, and UCI and have been published in numerous medical journals.

Hello. I am Dr McNeill and I appreciate you taking the time to read about our practice. I am a board-​certified dermatologist, practicing laser & cosmetic dermatology, medical dermatology, and dermatology surgery. Our practice has grown to include many options for our patients. James H. Rosing MD brings his expert plastic and reconstructive surgery skills to our patients, providing natural and beautiful results. Our experienced Physician Assistant, Jennifer Moller, PA-​C, provides comprehensive dermatological care including screening skin exams, biopsies, management of acne/​rashes, including all of our lasers and injectables. Our nurse practitioner, Michele Westendorf, NP, collaborates with Dr. Rosing on plastic surgery care as well as all aspects of dermatologic care. Lindsay Milewski is our Medical Esthetician, providing a wide range of facials and peels. We partner together to provide every option. We are all available to you to meet all of your skin and cosmetic needs.

I am a bit crazy about my skin, okay insane. I had some weird rash pop up on my face and honestly didn’t think it was a big deal but decided to have it checked. I looked in Unilocal for the best Dermatologist around and decided on Newport Beach Dermatology. I was seen pretty quickly after I explained that my face hurt, was itchy, and yes I was embarrassed by it. Jennifer Moller, the PA on staff, was so professional, and proactive. She knew right away what my condition was, but still to be safe, took a culture, started me on antibiotics right away, and off I went with an appt one month later. A few days later I received a call that the culture did come back not so great! I started to cry, silly I know but I really didn’t expect that. I asked to speak to Jennifer, however, she was away at a conference. Within seconds the nurse on staff was on the phone me explaining everything to me and completely calmed me down. She said I was already on antibiotics, which was the correct protocol. Whew wow sigh. Today was my one month follow-​up, and prior to going in I had someone tell me how pretty my skin was. I haven’t used any crazy expensive products I normally spend half my paycheck on in one month! I hugged Jennifer, and had tears of appreciation in my eyes when I thanked her for going the extra step by taking the culture instead of just giving me a diagnoses and moving on. The entire staff, nurses, front desk, back desk … everyone has been so kind and a pleasure to encounter at this office.

I love coming here for my dermatology appointments. Jennifer Moller is the best… she is not only very beautiful, but very warm and friendly as well! I love seeing her for all my skin needs, she makes me feel comfortable and at ease. The new office renovation is looking amazing as well. Very chic offices!

She is amazing.
Super gentle and so it didn’t hurt at all.
Very happy with the results too.

I have been very pleased with each individual I have seen at Newport Beach Dermatology & Plastic Surgery. As a 30 year old suffering from adult acne they take the time and care and I have seen results. Most recently I began seeing Michele, she took the time to discuss my acne even though that was not the intent of my appointment. I have been seeing Michele now biweekly for TheraClear treatments and I love the results. She fits me in over my lunch break and I am back in the office in no time. Recently my skin has improved and that is thanks to both Jennifer and Michele. Another important thing to note is that both Jennifer and Michele have been really considerate to the financial approach we take to treating my acne! If you are a teenager or adult like me suffering from acne I highly recommend seeing Jennifer and/​or Michele.

This office, the physicians, and staff are awesome and take REALLY great care of their patients.
I had several issues that I wanted to have checked out and had been putting it off for quite a while. When I finally decided to make an appointment I was able to schedule very quickly. My first visit was on a very busy day, but the staff kept checking in with me and letting me know that I would be seen very soon. They even offered me fresh beverages while I waited! Once I was seen, I understood why they were so busy! Every single topic I wanted to discus and every issue I wanted to have looked at was thoroughly evaluated, and all of the issues and treatment options were explained to me. I work in the medical field myself, so I know when a physician is glossing over details or trying to rush me out of a room. That was definitely not the case at this office. For one issue, I had to return for a follow-​up procedure and my second experience was just a great! I will definitely be returning to Newport Beach Dermatology and Plastic Surgery for all of my skin care needs!

I was not impressed with the front desk staff At All! Both women at the front desk had Zero personalities. The medical assistant was nice and so was the PA, except the PA left me waiting in the room for 50 minutes!!! Finally I went outside and asked if anyone was coming back to see me and they said — Oh, we forgot that you were still waiting in the room!!! Ummm … What??? If that’s the best I can get from this 5-​star place for 6-​star prices then thanks but No Thanks! Not going back.

Newport Beach Dermatology Office of Dr Anne Marie McNeil and Jennifer Moller… Is top notch! The front office, back office, and all other staff are absolutely amazing! They make me feel warm and welcome with every visit. Especially Aryan she literally knows me by first name and the sound of my voice when I call in… Could not ask for better service! Have been seen by Dr McNeil, Jennifer Moller, and Lindsay Milewski they have all helped me to clear up my skin from embarrassing adult acne. They put together a skin regimen (without having to resort to harsh pharmaceuticals) and have brought my confidence back and ability to look people straight in the face once again. Had bi-​weekly appointments with Jennifer Moller and loved our time to chit chat and catch up on Friday afternoons during my visit for Theraclear. Could not be any happier and would recommend this office to all others who have any dermatology needs… My mother is also now a patient of Dr McNeil. And I will continue coming here for all of my dermatology needs!

Dr. McNeill and her staff are amazing! I’ve been going for the past four years and she helped me with various different problems involving my very fair skin. She is a great doctor and she prescribes Accutane for severe acne patients! Best dermatologist in Orange County!

Both Dr McNeil and Jennifer are wonderful. Our whole family sees them for various reasons. My husband has his regular skin check and just recently had the blue light laser done. We have two teenage children that also see them. More importantly, both the front office and back office staff are professional, welcoming and helpful. We had some insurance billing issues (no fault of our own) on a couple of visits and they were extremely helpful and took care of the problem themselves.

I was very impressed the couple of times I called. I spoke to Priscilla and she was so sweet and enthusiastic. I have often called a medical office for 1st time where the contact person was less than warm and welcoming. On the contrary here I was even more pleased when I meet Priscilla yesterday. She was such great example of the the office staff as a first impression. Once I met Jennifer and she came in with her beautiful face and smile I felt so glad I made the decision to come in. I have to thank my Unilocalers for their great reviews because that was the reason I originally called. I had a great appointment and was extremely pleased as Jennifer gave me plenty of time and I never once felt rushed. This was a very positive experience. I had some brown spots «burned» off and am looking forward to the results. Sun feels so good but you pay for it later. I will continue to have a relationship with this wonderful office. It is true there is no fakery here. All genuine. View from the office was gorgeous overlooking the ocean and harbor. Highly recommend this office for staff and professionalism.

Dr. Anne Marie McNeill, and Dr. James Rosing are incredible! The staff is awesome! I had out patient surgery with Dr. Rosing and experienced great bedside manner, articulate service, kind and conscious treatment throughout procedure. My comfort level was great everything went smoothly. Follow up care is fantastic. My whole family goes here, I would highly recommend Newport Beach Dermatology to all my friends. I went into have a spot on my chest checked out and I saw Dr Anne Marie McNeill. Dr. McNeill has a great bedside manner and is quick and very efficient. I immediately felt very comfortable in this office. The office staff here is wonderful. Everyone is so very nice and caring. You genuinely feel it — none of that fake stuff here.
Dr. Rosing removed an Atypical mole for me. This mole removal I sure was anything but typical for Dr. Rosing. The following story is really embarrassing for me to post but, I feel it is necessary to demonstrate just how kind and caring this office is.
During my procedure I began to feel REALLY hot and like I was going to pass out. Genesis immediately went to turn the air on more and that is the last thing I remember until I felt like someone was shaking me awake. Nobody was shaking me awake. I apparently had a vasovagal response to the procedure and seized and I experienced a loss of bladder control. When I came to they took the appropriate steps to ensure I was okay, asking me questions, do you know your name etc. brought me juice and chocolate to get my blood sugar back up. Since I seized, I was not allowed to drive or go back to work like I planned. They kindly called my boss to let then know I would not be in, called my husband to come pick me up. Carrie the office manager even offered to help me get my car the next day.
They gave me items to help me get cleaned up and gave me a gown to wear home.
After all of this Dr. Rosing was kind enough to use dissolving stitches on my excision because he felt this was a traumatic experience for me. I would definitely recommend these doctors and this office any day. You can go anywhere and see a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon but will they be genuinely kind and caring? I have been in my fair share of medical offices in my days and I know that this will make or break a practice. You have to genuinely care about your patients and show that you do and be good at what you do. If you are looking for a place that genuinely cares and are great at what they do, then this is your place to go.

If you have an opportunity to see Dr. Anne Marie McNeill, I strongly suggest you treat with her. She genuinely seems to care about her patients and she is very personable. I was concerned with a scar from a mole removal and she stepped up to take care of it for me. What a relief!

They are fairly punctual (no long waits to be seen!), very professional, and give great service. I’ve purchased several of their skin care products and they’ve all been great. I have been going to Dr. McNeil’s office for almost a year now. I have been so happy with their staff and how nice their office is. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen which is very important to me because I am always in a hurry.
The PA, Jennifer Moller, saw me for my first appointment and I have been seeing her ever since. She is very kind and professional and took great care of me. I will continue referring my friends to go to Dr. McNeil’s office if they are in need of a dermatologist or other skin care needs.

I’ve been a patient for several years. Dr McNeil and staff are thorough and not rushed. The staff treated me like family – the type of people that you feel like you’ve known for years. The doctor herself always has a smile on her face and an extremely pleasant demeanor to her. I had some issues (don’t I always?) with my skin and came to see her in a frustrated state. She actually really cares and is reassuring that you don’t have to suffer, be embarrassed or that your situation is hopeless. A glaring difference from my doctors in Northern Cal that shoot for «good enough» results. I’m indebted for them for always working around my schedule or accommodating me at the last minute.
