I had a great experience here. The tailor was able to beautifully alter a difficult hem on one of my evening dresses. Not only did she do a fabulous job, but she also cleaned the dress for free and is a very sweet lady. My dress was ready about 4 days later.
The only reason for the 4⁄5 star review would be because it was a bit expensive. However, you get what you pay for and the price was well worth it. Will definitely return :)

Too pricey for just a few items. For a couple of slacks and jacket, was over priced Have yet to find a reasonable cleaners in Irvine. I had higher hopes. Quick turn around though.

I live up the hill from this shopping plaza therefore I’m here a lot and can say that we’ve never had a single complaint about the quality of their work. They are nice people but have never really strike up a conversation with me. It’s just in and out service at extremely reasonable prices. Compared to other places in the area, their prices are pretty low.
Also, if you ask them for one day service they always accommodate. We have never had them say no. Same goes with alterations. They are very accommodating overall.

After getting some shirts, sweaters and pants dry cleaned at Newport Hills I was happy with their service so I thought I’d try their tailoring service. The lady had me try on my pants and pinned them to my liking but when I mentioned tampering/​keeping my pants skinny (they were skinny jeans) she seemed to think they were skinny enough and after the hemming they would still be «skinny jeans». I got them back a week after I took them in for service and they were no longer skinny in the ankle not to mention still 2 ½ inches too long. I took the back to be fixed and a very rude lady at the front of the store told me if I went any skinnier I wouldn’t be able to fit in them (without having me try them on)! HOW RUDE! I promptly took them to Nordstrom who fixed the length issue and tampered them to my likely! THANKS NORDSTROM. Now I have to find a new dry cleaner… boo.

Ridiculous prices ($ 21 for a suit), no one day option, and I got my shirts back with a ridiculous sticker on the bottom of all of them with the company’s name and phone number. Needless to say, I’ll never be coming back, but now I have to figure out how to remove this sticker without ruining all my shirts.
