Being a California native, I was raised taking advantage of the ocean and all the trails and hills we have. My family (wife and daughter) enjoy going bike riding and paddling (kayaking, standup, outrigger) as much as we can. I love what we do, providing a service that almost everyone needs and using new technology to clean carpets in a way that uses less water, that is environmentally friendly and toxic free, and is safer than traditional cleaning methods, while doing a better job. Its funny, but its so satisfying and rewarding every night when I receive our client reviews for the day. One common review we get is that we were able to remove stains that other companies were not able to remove and the technician was so friendly and professional.

It was a little rough in the beginning The first carpet technician came out and tried to upsell us more than we wanted to spend I understand everybody has to make money but I didn’t have that in my budget I also said that being that this is my first time using Oxi Fresh and if I like the service and product that I would be using them again for future cleanings then we had a different technician come out after the whole ordeal of telling their boss on the phone that I didn’t want to spend more than I was originally planning on spending and just needed the carpet to look as good as it possibly can for the amount that I’m paying for Then they sent Aaron Stanford Senior Carpet technician he was a very nice handled everything very professionally knew exactly what I was looking for and took care of it exactly how I wanted it that’s why I gave them five stars because of Aaron I will be calling Oxi fresh again and specifically asking for Aaron Stanford to do my house next time

Bait & Switch! I had used them two previous years and had put up with their bait & switch strategy. NOT ANYMORE! Here is my annual typical scenario: Once inside my home, the guy informs me that the advertised price is for this and that and finds all kinds of reasons to charge me an additional $ 80-​$ 100 more!!! These companies hire right off the street and pay on a commission basis. Commission on what? On all of the up sell, of course! Save yourself the trouble! I ended up going with another honest company who was able to come out same day, quoted me a fair price and left me not feeling I got screwed by these bait and switchers anymore.

I recently had my apartment carpet cleaned by Oxi Fresh and although it was a little pricey, the customer service was exceptional, from making the appointment to the cleaning provided by Carlos. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

This was my first time using Oxifresh. Aaron made my 9 year old carpet look like new. We do not have pets and do not wear shoes in the house.
Oxifresh is expensive, at $ 800 for around 1100 sq. ft. Carpet protectant and double-​cleaning was more than half of the cost.
I may use them again, but not for awhile. The four stars is for good, reliable service.

Customer service is good with a follow-​up call. Tech was courteous and helpful. The truck was clean and my carpets smelled nice. I chose Oxi Fresh over Chem Dry because of the amount of water they claimed to use (less than 3 gallons), and I didn’t want my carpets saturated. BUT, the product they use does not work well on very light surface stains, which makes me wonder how clean my carpets are. It cost $ 500, and we can’t afford to pay more for another company to come out. They don’t «guarantee» stain removal, but ours is likely juice (not grease, blood, wine, etc.) We don’t eat on our carpets, and our carpets are one year new. The stains seemed to go away temporarily only to come back within a day. These are not dark stains, but light ones and difficult to see except I know that they are present. Not sure what the point of carpet cleaning is if minor stains can’t be extracted. I guess next time I will be using another company before I shell out another five hundred dollars!

Nothing says clean, like Oxiclean!
Our carpets looks so clean and feel brand new! Carlos, who is the rep who cleaned 2 rooms for $ 77 was prompt and very professional. We found out about Oxi Fresh through those mailing coupons. 2 rooms for the cost of $ 77 is a deal! He arrived at the time he said he would come and even called ahead to make sure that we were home and if it was ok to come. The process took about 2 hours to clean and dry. They even provide those plastic booties for you so that you can walk through the carpet as it dries. This is probably one of the best carpet cleaners in the Newport area! Great customer service!

We’ve used several carpet cleaners in the past, but Oxi Fresh did a far superior job, and the carpeting looks almost like new. When booking the appointment, the staff were friendly and very thorough when providing a quote for the job. Marcus Grimaldi was our on site service provider who was a true professional that provided excellent customer service.
We will definitely continue to use Oxi Fresh Newport Beach from this point on and highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning.

After trying another carpet cleaning service in Santa Ana, we knew how good this experience was because we had a nightmare experience to compare it to.
From the moment I called for a quote, the customer service was superb. Also the prices are reasonable and the representative came right on his scheduled time and was very friendly, made sure to ask us questions before moving anything.
The results– the carpet was dry within the 3 hours as advised and the actual job was excellent. Only thing is we noticed some stains started to reappear after a couple of days, but those being the most severe.
Overall we were impressed with the organization and customer service this company displayed. Also the small electric powered cars they use as company cars are pretty neat, the complete opposite of the ghetto carpet cleaning van that we’re used to seeing with other carpet cleaning companies.
Keep up the great work guys! Will definitely use them again in the future and refer them!

Awful. The carpet was still wet/​damp 24 hours after. It appears that the floors were not cleaned, the dirt was spread around. I did the survey after stating my dissatisfaction, it said someone would contact me with in 24 hours, still waiting. Will never use again. Oh yeah, be prepared to get up sold.

Had my carpets cleaned yesterday by Steven. He was great. Called to let me know what time exactly he would be there. He told me exactly what he was going to do and how much it was. It came out great! I do have one spot he assured me that if I am not happy after it dries he will come back out for free. He was fast and the carpet dried in one hour. I will definitely use them again and refer them.

I’ve used several different carpet cleaners over the years in orange county. I learned about Oxi Fresh from Melanie who is one of their outbound marketing associates.
I had to get 3 area rugs cleaned. Marcus came on time, was very professional, friendly and was able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I was also very impressed about his knowledge of the cleaning products being used, method of application and cleaning.
I will definately use Oxi Fresh of OC again.

Just had my carpets cleaned again, having a light colored carpet that needs a lot of care. As usual, Aaron Stanford was the ultimate professional who quickly assessed my carpet needs, paid extra attention to problem areas, and executed the cleaning perfectly for a great result. My carpets always look like new after he leaves! Highly recommend this product, which leaves no sticky residue and has a quick drying time.
And having a great technician who pays attention to detail makes all the difference in getting a great result!

I had requested carpet cleaning through various cleaning companies, but unfortunately the service was always to be deplored.
When contacting OxiFresh, they sent this gentleman by the name of Marcus. The guy went above and beyond the call of duty. He did an incredible job, handled all the moving of the furniture on his own, and made the whole process super easy. I will recommend this guy and the company to everyone I know without reserve!

Marcus Grimaldi was awesome … he was very polite… respectful… He took the time to explain what he would be doing and what we could do to help keep the carpet cleaner.
Marcus was able to get out stains that have been on the carpet as much as 3 years due to animal stains.
I will be calling them for any carpet cleaning I need done.

Let me start off by saying that I usually get my carpets cleaned every year or so because I have pets and hair tends to get everywhere. I had my carpets cleaned last week by Oxy Fresh and I had a great experience. They say on the site that they use much less water than traditional carpet cleaning and a fraction of the drying time needed. What? Seriously? OK we’ll see about that. So I submitted for a quote online and they called me up the next day with a quote for 3 bedrooms and 2 flights of stairs since I have hardwood everywhere else. Being the deal-​seeker that I am, ask for a discount, and you shall receive. After asking for a deal, they gave me a discount that made it worth it to try. I think for 3 large bedrooms and 2 flights of stairs, the quote came out to just over $ 130. It’s not the cheapest quote you’re going to get, but for the type of cleaning and quality you get, it was definitely worth it for me.
First off, no hoses from the garage. The machine was carried by the technician the whole time. I didn’t have stains on my carpet, but after they were done, it was evident that my carpets were dirty because it really looked like it lighted up an entire shade. The carpet was also pretty much dry within an hour and had an airiness about it. I was very happy the way they turned out. I’ll definitely use them again next year.
I also have 2 cats and the cleaning was perfectly safe for them. Now if I could just get them to stop shedding…
