Came in here to get some threading done. I specifically asked the woman for someone who is light and not aggressive. I have sensitive skin. Although both women were extremely kind, I can’t recommend this place. The woman who did my face was very aggressive. It’s been 9 days and the bumps keep coming back. My lip area got really bad. I hope they see this and take my advice to train their employees to be less harsh in their work.

Came in got my eyebrows threaded and left the store with my eyebrows looking the same. I could have done this myself for $ 9. My eyebrows don’t even look like they were threaded or anything was done. There were still some hair where there shouldn’t have been hair. I thought I found a new place to get my eyebrows done but was wrong and won’t be back to this location. Maybe I’ll try their other branch in Orange.

I have been here twice and very happy!
It’s a little difficult to get to since it’s right on PCH with all of the traffic and the parking is in the back. The workers here are courteous and give great suggestions. I’m very particular about my eyebrows and love the work that they do. They will listen to you if you want something in particular done also. Don’t forget to sign up for their rewards!

I found this place through Unilocal and decided to give this place a try since I desperately needed my eyebrows done. I got mine threaded and did an eyebrow tint as well.
The ladies that work here offer amazing customer service! And unlike other eyebrow places, they don’t force you to tip them, this place did not even ask. Although, I definitely did tip based off the quality of service and how sweet the ladies were.
Definitely make an appointment, unless you have a lot of time to wait.

I would give them five stars but the quality of the threading changed since the first time I went. The lady that did my brows and lip threading the first time did an amazing job because she cleaned and sanitized the area where she was going to thread and then she would talk me through the process. She also grabbed some Brow powder and outlined my brows and filled them in for me at the end. She was so great, but I think she left because she was having a baby. The lady that is there now is so aggressive. I’m super sensitive and I always get bumps into he area that she threads. She goes over the same spot so many times that it hurts and she pulls my skin at times. I think she needs to be more careful and not be so harsh when threading. I’m really considering even going back. I think she needs to be retrained and be more careful.

I’m pretty lazy when it comes to my eyebrows. It’s something I can never remember to do and when I do remember to do it, I half ass it looking in the mirror today I knew something had to be done! So naturally I looked at Unilocal for suggestions. I didn’t have an appointment, but that didn’t matter as they take walk-​ins. I was there about 30 minutes as they were busy with costumers when I arrived. Whelp, I am very happy with the outcome, they look great, she (I didn’t get her name) was very professional, and the best part was all I had to do was sit there.

Gorgeous interior, the total Lux effect. My eyebrows look very tidy, be sure to use the Unilocal check-​in. I specifically went during the Monday-​Tuesday $ 5 deal as a trial, and now I am most definitely hooked! Wifi would be an added advantage as you may have to wait 10−15minutes if she is working on someone before you, it also helps with the Unilocal check-​in.

This review is way overdue. Misha listens to her client and strives to fulfill his/​her needs. She is confident in her ability which puts me at ease since my brows are a challenge and I am picky. I tried the threading. Perhaps, ill try the waxing and facial in the futute as well. The loyalty card program is also an added bonus. Also, the gentleman at the counter was very friendly and answered my calls in a professional, welcoming manner. I love great customer service!

This was my first time coming here for threading. I have had threading done before, but never here. First of all, the gentleman that answered the phone when I called was very polite and helpful. Once I walked in, the atmosphere was beautiful! Very nice and clean.
I only had to wait for maybe 3 minutes before Misha was able to help me. She was amazing! Very attentive to what I wanted and kept having me check to make sure they were coming out like I wanted. She was very professional. I look forward to coming back here next time I need my threading done!

My brows didn’t turn out the way I wanted them to look. I asked her to even them out, but they were still really uneven. She cut my eyelid in various spots (see picture). And when I got home and looked at it more carefully, she missed some stray hairs around my brows. I won’t be coming back.
Here’s my experience:
Thursday morning, I come in and there is only one person working and she was doing a bikini wax that would take an hour. (Someone called in sick) So I had to put my name down and come back an hour later.
The customer service deserves 5 stars. Misha and the male receptionist were very sweet. They thrive on good customer service. I liked that she measured my brows and told me exactly what she was going to do for me. (Even though it wasn’t a great job) She finished and dabbed some rose water on my brows and I was done.
I like the Perfect Brows in Orange better. I trust them with my eyebrows more than this place.

I was given a gift certificate for a facial, and I am always wary of going to new places. This was hands down the BEST facial I have ever had in my life, when it ended I told Misha that she did a beautiful job as that’s how it felt.
I will definitely be back (bonus is they have a loyalty program) and I look forward to my next relaxing 50 minutes in Misha’s hands!

Would come back again for Misha — got my brows back to my original natural look (the first time I did threading the lady did not listen and took a lot off and I mentioned I wanted a soft look but she was obsessed with angular angry brows…)
