PWC & Associates was built on a foundation of integrity, honesty and professionalism. We have over 35 years of experience serving Southern California. Our Executive Recruiters are experienced, knowledgeable about the job market, resourceful and reputable, many of them having hands-​on accounting and finance experience.

We meet personally with all of our candidates and ensure we have their full authorization before presenting their resume.

Meet the Business Owner

Ken Walsh and Cathy Cook.

Business Owner

Since 1988, Ken has held management positions in a Big 4 public accounting firm and in a Fortune 50 company as well as regional search firms. He specializes in recruiting in the finance, accounting, audit and tax areas. His background in full-​service recruiting combined with his industry experience makes him qualified to understand his clients’ needs and assist them with their most difficult staffing needs. Ken is a graduate of Cal State Long Beach with a degree in Business Administration (emphasis in accounting).

Cathy has had extensive recruiting and management experience, having held positions for large international staffing firms to small boutique businesses. Cathy has been specializing in placing accounting and finance professionals since 1989. Prior to recruiting, Cathy worked for a Fortune 50 Company as an Accounting Manager. Cathy is a graduate of University of Redlands with a degree in Business Administration.
