I have been going to Royal Jewelers since 2007. I lived locally and one day stopped by and check the place out. After the first visit I was blown away on the level of customer service and friendliness. I met Jeff for the first time and after 9 years I will only deal with Royal Jewelers and Jeff. Their knowledge is top notch and quality beyond belief. I have had a few items custom made and they speak for themselves. If you are looking for a Trustworthy jeweler for anything look no further.

Unilocal brought me here after reading the great reviews on customer service. I brought three watches that each needed a battery replacement. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. I checked in on Unilocal for a free battery with purchase (the other batteries) & the associate said he would add a discount. My total was about $ 19! They were very friendly too.

Came into the store to get my watch adjusted and was asked if it was my first visit. I said yes and was told that there was no charge. Will be coming back again!

Jeff is seriously incredible! He has an undeniable gift, and his services are super quick! I have had two watches sized, and both took less than 5 minutes. Not to mention, the store’s fine jewelry is impeccable! It is nice to know I have found a jeweler in orange county to handle all of my jewelry needs. Thank you Jeff!

My wife and I decided to upgrade my wedding ring for our 10 year anniversary. When locating a jeweler that was able to work with black coral my wife was referred to Jeff. After a brief discussion of what we wanted Jeff was on the ball. Within hours we had rough drawings and estimates which was well within the requested budget. We quickly decided on a style and Jeff set in motion. He had more sketches to us quickly and once we approved the process went quickly. Within 3 weeks I had my new ring back which looks awesome.
I highly recommend using Jeff and royal jewelers for custom made pieces. Great service and he truly cares about what he does. We will definitely be back to have more items made.

Jeff is amazing. They resized my ring and reinforced it for less than the last jeweler resize alone. He is also adding black coral to my husbands wedding band. He is fast to communicate and very friendly.

Came in for a simple watch battery. The lady approached me quickly and there were other people in store. Everyone was receiving attention and no one was waiting. I got a very positive, friendly sweet vibe from the pretty lady who helped me. I was literally out in 5 minutes. Perfect price for watch battery. Less than $ 10.00. There was a sense of honesty and integrity here. I felt comfortable and well received. I look forward to returning.

Royal Jewelers is AMAZING! My Fiancé and I went in to look at engagement bands and found out that we could create and customize our own ring for about the same price as other places we were looking at. Melissa (the owner) was with us every step of the way and was very informative, friendly, and professional. Before they create the actual ring they create a 3D image for you and then cast that image in a wax molding for you to try on. This ensures that you are able to edit and change anything that you don’t like before the actual ring is created. Of course my ring turned out exactly as I wanted and it’s all thanks to the great customer service at Royal Jewelers. Seriously, if you’re looking for a place that is laid back, not stuffy, and lets you create your own ring for a competitive price, you should definitely come here. Ask for Melissa and she’ll be happy to help!

I go to Royal jewelers for all different watch services. I do not write so much reviews, but this place and it’s staff totally deserve it. They are professional, friendly and reasonable.
I got there 15 minutes before they close, and they changes the batteries on three watches with a great attitude.
Every time I go there, I receive a great service and awesome attitude.

I have a problem with my ring from Royal Jewelers… it’s so SHINY that I can’t get a perfect photo of it!!! My story: I never really did my research on engagement rings. All I told my fiancé was that I wanted a princess cut diamond on a simple band. And that’s exactly what I got. (He definitely listens!!) But as the months went by I felt like I wanted to have a more unique setting. I was recommended Royal Jewelers by a coworker and I started the process of creating a custom setting with Ingrid. From start to finish the experience was easy! I was overwhelmed by Ingrid’s kindness and professionalism. I didn’t experience any hesitation, doubt, or stress. Ingrid made everything easy and she was amazing about staying in contact throughout the whole process. I am in LOVE with my new setting. It is the perfect home for the beautiful diamond my fiancé picked out for me. Honestly I am in love with my ring. It’s perfect! The matching wedding band is being custom made as well; and of course we will be purchasing my fiancé’s wedding band here as well!

Went in for appraisal of multiple jewelry sets and my wedding and engagement rings (for insurance purposes) and had a wonderful service experience with Ingrid. She was thorough and efficient in gathering the relevant information, and was even able to quickly collect enough info for my ring appraisal so that I could have the rings back. She also did a ring cleaning and evaluation of the diamonds as I was worried they might have loosened due to trauma to the ring, both for free on the spot. She suggested coming back as often as I like for free ring cleanings! The pricing for appraisals was very reasonable, cheaper than most local jewelers, and I am getting a discount for having multiple items. Got a great vibe from the shop (fair, trust-​worthy, knowledgeable) and will definitely return for any other needs.

Thank you to fellow helpers! My fiancé and I had a tricky situation. He being English was and is in England until our visa comes through but needed to look and find the perfect engagement ring for me! We meaning myself and him via phone and texting went to see Jeff as everyone had said to go to. He was great! He totally listened to what my fiancé wanted and helped me find the perfect diamond. And all without showing me the end result so when my fiancé and went to pick it up, it was still a totally surprise and fit perfectly and was exactly what we wanted. So to say that we successfully bought an engagement ring from 5500 miles away is a pretty good review. Lol.
And. Jeff helped me with ordering the dream watch of my fiancée for his b day. A gorgeous Breitling.

Royal Jewelers is amazing! My engagement ring and wedding band were custom made by them and turned out beautiful! Jeff is the man you should talk to! He will talk you thru the whole process and give you all the information you need. I took in a picture and asked numerous questions. They created a computer generated picture of the ring and made a wax mold before they casted the metal. If you are looking for a good jeweler I highly recommend Royal Jewelers!

I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the unmatched customer service they offer. Melissa and Jeff are extremely knowledgeable, and will go the extra mile to make sure the customer leaves happy.
I’ve been in for a variety of watch repairs, from simple bracelet sizing to more complex restoration jobs, and each time I am treated like their most important customer… And their work is fairly priced and of the highest quality.

I worked with Lisa on a special necklace for someone special in my life. The necklace was not complicated but it did involve customization in picking the right stone, choosing the write bezel/​enclosure, picking the right way to attach the enclosed stone to the chain I had chosen.
Oh, and it involved me… and I am a perfectionist, as Lisa quickly realized.
Buying jewelry, as a man, as a surprise for someone else, can be an intimidating experience. Lisa eased the tension. She was always patient with me despite numerous questions in person, on the phone and by e-​mail. She had other stones brought to the store for me to consider when I wasn’t totally sold on what was available at first.
She wisely called me to check on the finished necklace to give me a chance to review it before I took ownership– of course I asked for one more change, which she accommodated.
In short, Lisa was incredibly generous with me and I appreciated her help. I’ll return to Royal Jewelers the next time I am looking for a nice piece.
And the recipient of the necklace loved it and wears it all the time.

I’m a little sad to say that this review should have been years ago, but we just had our wedding on May 19^th and I needed to get this out. Jeff Vaziri is amazing! He collaborates on the designs that you have envisioned and executes each one to perfection. What can I say? I’ve had many projects in the works with some BLING!
I’m addicted to BLING and Jeff can deliver that. My most recent purchases included our wedding bands, an estate jade ring, and a super last minute group of bridesmaids earrings. Jeff was able to get them made in a day. I am so thankful to have a jeweler that I can trust.
When Jeff was not there, we had Ingrid. She is just as amazing and always helps with a big smile.

After shopping around at big chain diamond stores I was referred to Royal Jewelers by a close friend. Even though it wasn’t near my home or place of business it was the best decision I made to check them out. Jeff and Ingrid added the personal connection and I didn’t feel like another sales number.
On my first visit Ingrid and Jeff listened to my thoughts and were very knowledgable in picking out some options. They were not pushy at all and I came back in a couple weeks to order engagement ring.
Both Ingrid and Jeff worked very well together in completing the ring in the time frame they promised. They were also excellent with my fiancé when she needed to resize the ring.
We are very pleased customers and will be back in a couple months to pick out wedding bands and additional goodies.
