True Flow Yoga

True Flow is such an amazing yoga business! Byrnn’s attention to every detail make her classes each a unique experience. Her knowledge of both anatomy and the yoga sutras make her a truly exceptional yogi!
I have just returned from an amazing week in Costa Rica at the Pranamar Resort and couldn’t feel more pleased with the yoga, the facilities, the food and the wonderfully cohesive group that we were blessed to shared the week with. If you are looking for an amazing yoga teacher or a life changing retreat experience, I highly recommend Brynn and True Flow Yoga!

Amazing Maui Retreat!
It was a true pleasure and gift to spend the week in Maui with Brynn and nineteen other amazing yogis! The daily practices were well thought out and the intention seemed to speak directly to me — to where I was at — and then lead me to a better place inside and out.
The grounds at Lumeria Resort were amazing and definitely contributed to the mellow energy. The meals were locally harvested and super tasty.
Most of all Brynn is an amazing and beautiful soul. If you have a chance to attend a class or lucky enough to attend a retreat — you will be inspired.

Deepening my physical and spiritual practice of yoga through the True FLOW Yoga Teacher Training Program under Brynn’s guidance is, without question, one of the most valuable things I have ever done. As a dancer I am drawn to Brynn’s teaching style because of the emphasis she places on healthy anatomical alignment in each pose and how clearly she articulates the subtle physical adjustments necessary to find length and create space in the body. I also appreciate her focus on establishing a steadily rhythmic breath pace to drive each practice. Each of her classes are thoughtfully designed to progress towards a challenging peak that pushes me beyond what I believe I am capable of and then draws back towards relaxation and meditation. While in her classes I have benefited from the meditative environment her teaching style fosters because it encourages an unbroken concentration that allows me to journey deeper within and challenge myself. My experiences in her classes had been unlike any others and I realized I needed to complete my teacher training under her instruction if I hoped to one day inspire growth in my students the way she had inspired me. Throughout TFY Teacher Training Brynn shared her wisdom in an intimate setting and in a way that demonstrated her concern for the progress and growth of each trainee. She recognized our individual needs and addressed them with encouragement and constructive feedback. The training program was well-​paced, well-​organized, and well-​balanced as she spent time discussing every aspect of the modern-​day practice of yoga including proper alignment of each asana, yogic philosophy, sanskrit, teaching methods, sequencing, and more. I could not have asked for a better individual to train with. Brynn is truly an enlightened guide and I feel humbled to have had the opportunity to deepen my understanding of yoga through her teacher training program.

Brynn is fantastic. I just returned from her retreat in Costa Rica after taking her classes for years at Equinox. To say the least, it was a phenomenal experience. She took so much time to prepare for each class and to make sure that everything was smooth. We had live music, meditation, flow yoga, yin yoga, and much much more. I cannot wait until her next retreat.
When you meet Brynn it is obvious that she is extremely passionate. Her depth of knowledge is honestly outstanding. Her explanations, personality and style all combine for a great practice. I highly recommend her to people of all levels.

I have been taking classes from Brynn for the past 2 years and I must admit she is truly a hidden treasure in the Yoga community, and I feel qualified to say so as I practiced under the best of them during my 10 years spent living in LA. Brynn’s uplifting, inspiring and challenging classes have the most organic flow to them and if I slip up for even a moment Brynn instantly appears to mindfully correct my flaw. As I have told Brynn on numerous occasions her classes are the highlight of my every week.

I am deeply grateful and honored to have received training under Brynn Rybacek’s True FLOW Yoga Teacher Training. After 10 years of practice I took my first Certification at True FLOW. I really enjoyed the intimacy of this training. I am totally hooked and committed to my yoga practice even more now because of the depth of knowledge that was received. In this smaller setting it felt safe to open up to all the possibilities in the training, knowing I was really able to get hands on help in many aspects. Brynn’s knowledge, hard work, and training expertise really showed throughout the whole course and, of course, on the mat :-)

I had the opportunity to take the 200 hour teacher training from Brynn in the fall of 2010.
I have been involved with sport and fitness for as long as I can remember. I had the fortune of being introduced to yoga by a friend and developed more and more of an interest as I practiced. I decided to make the commitment and enroll in Brynn’s teacher training and can say that it was one of the best investments I have made. The depth of knowledge and experience Brynn has and personal attention given by the small class sizes make for it to be an amazing learning experience.
This is not a mere information sharing teacher training. If you have no teaching experience, do not worry. This is a very hands-​on class structure. You will be expected to learn and teach your fellow students everything you learn yourself. You are expected to seek out and take various styles of yoga classes as well to experience the diversity of yoga. The curriculum covers everything from asanas (poses) and philosophy to anatomy.
I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to learn from Brynn. It is very apparent that she cares deeply for yoga and her students. After taking the True Flow Yoga Teacher Training, I have a deeper appreciation for not just the physical practice, but the underlying principles and benefits of all the aspects that is yoga.

Brynn is an outstanding yoga professional. I was immediately blown away when I realized exactly how well she knows the material she teaches. Add to that her charming personality and her lovely personal practice, and… well, it’s hard to find better.

Brynn’s teaching is the best I’ve had, she is so knowledgeable and very approachable which makes her so good and in return she makes everyone feel as good as she does. True Flow Yoga rocks! In the few weeks that I have been in Brynn’s yoga teacher training program, my body, mind, and spirit has changed so much. She has an amazing ability to encourage you to be your best. You want to become a better yoga student and pass on what you have learned to other people… Trust me… she rocks!!!

I’ve gone to two True Flow Yoga retreats, one in Mexico and one in Santa Barbara, both outstanding. Yoga 2x a day with horse back riding, surfing, hiking, great food and outstanding people. Brynn is one of the top teachers in So Cal and puts on a tremendous event. Do yourself a favor and take a yoga vacation with Brynn, you won’t regret it.

I met Brynn in Triad Yoga (Irvine), and I am her recent 200-​hour Teacher Training graduate.
